Family friendly~ Great experience!”
We are family with one infant and 2 little kids. Here’s really a family friendly apartment which we highly recommended! Excellent facilities & location! Even we have many luggage, baby stroller and another two little kids, the walking time to Ueno for airport train still within 10mins. The metro and JR station is 5 mins time with the apartment. It’s so convenient for parents with baby and kids. One more thing, apartment cannot provided me the baby bed which I paid earlier because of its damage. But really thanks all staff for your great effort to find me another baby bed for my baby. We absolutely will come again

Walking distant to the Suehirocho station (Metro Ginza line) (5mins walk) and Akihabara station (JR) 15mins walk. There are many restaruant, entertainment (SEGA and Taito game arcade), Gashapon, Combini, supermarket (under the bridge) nearby. The room is spacious and clean, ideal for family/group. This is our 2nd time staying with 1/3 residence.

Industrialist minimalist huge space apartment in Akihabara”
Looking for the apartement at first was quite a challenge. The address sent through email was wrong. Our cab driver had to call 1/3rd fitness for direction to get to the apartment. Fortunately the apartment unit is on the 2nd floor above the fitness centre. Once we were inside the unit was a huge 3 bedrooms. More than enough space for 5 of us. Unfortunately, the apartment's ACs have not been cleaned for quite some time. So my first duty was to cleaned the AC's filters because they filled with dust. The washing machine (located outside) also did not do much for our dirty laundry, luckily the 24 hours laundromat around the corner was a great help. Other than that we love 1/3rd apartment. Close to Suihirocho MRT Station, Akihabara was such a lively area. So, all things considered I will give 1/3rd Apartment an 8/10.

Worst Check In Ever”
Apart from the clean, decent size room as well as good amenities and good location. The check in process was really pain in the a**. It was year end period, nobody was on duty. We needed to find the apartment by ourselves based on the link given by one the staffs and walked around for more than 90 minutes with big luggages in chilly winter weather because the link pointed at the wrong location. After we found the apartment, we needed to carried up the luggages all the way to 4th floor through small and steep stairs because it’s a walk up apartment. Internet connection was so weak and slow. It was really the worst check in process we’ve ever experienced.

Great location, you may find every thing you need near this apartment. Someone will clean up the room once in 5 days. Gym room opens for 24/7. Wall and floor are badly painted. Kind of dirty when you are not confort with it. Small sized bed for a adult man. I would choose other place next time

Sewer Gases open to the Bedroom Due to Improper Plumbing”
The hotel was very spacious, but the plumbing was installed improperly in this room--specifically, there is no p-trap under the sink, allowing sewer gases to come back into the room (the drain was connected with packing tape) . This is a huge problem as the sink is located in the bedroom. There were also sewer gases coming up from the toilet, making any use of the bathroom unbearable. It smelled like sewage in the bedroom and bathroom at all times. The amenities were also unacceptable given the cost of the hotel. The slippers were as thin as paper and unusable, we were provided an old, dirty sponge at the sink to wash our dishes, no paper towels for the kitchen, the hand soap bottle was broken and crusted over, and they would not even provide a hand towel despite a 5 day stay. I stayed at the Mimaru brand Apartment Hotel in Kyoto prior to my arrival here, for less $ than this hotel. It was a shock how bad this hotel is. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

We just stay for 2 night at this apartment. We got at 5 floor. No lift. If you have a suit case its a problem. It close to JR Akihabara around 700 meter or Metro Suehirocho around 300 meter.

big space, we rented so so big space for a hotel in Japan”
in Japan, it is not many hotel that have a big space. usually room is small even for a family room. usually happens with hotel in city center. Akihabara still in city center so likely to have small rooms hotel there. however this hotel is different and kinda unique. like the name says, it is actually maybe a serviced apartment or rented apartment located around Akihabara. we book unit for 7 persons, the unit is so so spacious, has 2 bathrooms, have 3 rooms, and the living room is also big. making me really enjoyed the stay there with my friends. Suehirocho Metro also nearby with the hotel. foods also so many around hotel area.

Stylish appartment in pop culture area of Tokyo”
Spacious appartment with on-trend decor. Had everything we needed . Particularly nice bathroom. In walking distance to 2 subway lines. There was free access to gym in the basement if you wanted. Only niggle was that the blinds did not cut out the external lights from nearby buildings at night.

Spacious and excellent location but a few quirks to pay attention to ”
Finding good apartments in central Tokyo is hard, and I found this one good value. Spacious and right near the metro. The fitness centre is superb and generally not crowded. After a couple of days to adapt I enjoyed this apartment, and would like to return. Thus, the few negatives listed below should be seen as suggestions for improvement only. Negatives: - air conditioning is hard to figure out. Most of the time it was too hot or too cold and there were no instructions in English. - the blinds I the bedrooms still left too much light in. Unfortunately the street lights outside were bright, and sleeping was hard the first couple of days until we jury rigged something. - there were really no city views despite what was advertised, unless you count views of the apartments across the narrow street. - no shower cabinet, so usually the bathroom gets all wet if someone has a shower. Fortunately there is also a small powder room with a toilet. - no wardrobes, just hangers.
