We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Aparment is in a great location, in a quiet street with great views of the River. Very clean with some complimentary teas and coffees was a nice touch and the host made sure everything was in place before arrival. Would reccomend to anyone planing a stay in Balloch.

Sitting on the Bonny Bonny Banks.”

Walk down to the next bridge and do the Sweeneys Cruise. 20 minute drive to Luss a conservation village on The Loch or go for a walk in Balloch Park. Ooops nearly forgot, walk down to the Fish Bar at the next bridge (opposite Railway Station) could be the best F&C ever.

Perfect home away from home”

A beautiful compact flat, right on the water. Great facilities, including patio doors which open on to the stunning view, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, smart TV, wifi and good heating. Location was fantastic - few minute walk to restaurants, pubs, supermarket and lovely walks.

Great location for Balloch, nice, clean and well appointed flat. Lovely to look out onto the marina. Heather was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we were made to feel very welcome. Sofa bed was very big and comfortable.

Fabulous riverside location. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped with tasteful furnishings. The host, Heather, could not have done more to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return soon!

Great location on the River Leven with easy walking to Balloch’s bars, restaurants and leisure activities. Excellent ground floor apartment for two people . Maintained to a high standard by the owner, Heather. Lovely friendly neighbours in the adjoining properties.

I have been coming to Balloch for 30 years and always stayed in hotels. No more! This is a little home from home. Clean, well decorated, well equipped near to town with own little outdoor area to enjoy the river. Perfect!

Not long enough for what Balloch has to offer. Would love to return and do West Highland Way”

Self catering accomadation offering superb facilities for shopping and eating out and most within 10 minute walk of 1 bed riverside. Totally exceptional walks and locations to visit and once again all within 10 minute walk of apartment. Despite initial drive into Red Fox Drive , the views and location was stunning, and made good ue of the patio garden in the evening. The host was on hand to help if needed and always friendly and willing to help.I would recommend this apartment ,if you like stunning veiws and walks that are local and also like to explore stunning lakes and history. Rainy day activities and cycle paths galore. A lovely holiday. Thank you Balloch and our host x
The drive in to red fox drive, only because did not realize it was part of a normal housing estate. The people around were friendly and the area was clean and tidy. Not a lot of noise even from the boats on the river. It is hard to find fault with this location as so much to offer in and around Balloch.
