I have stayed many times in similarly priced hostels in the area around here. and many of them do not have curtains or bed fences, which not only do not keep you private but also do not have any measures to prevent you from falling from the upper bed. But this hostel does HAVE CURTAINS and BED FENCES. Of course, this hostel is a dormitory, not a private room, so you may accidentally encounter other guests in the same room who are too noisy all night long to sleep, but that is difficult for anyone to predict. Bringing earplugs and eye masks will solve a lot of problems. Highly recommended.

Best budget hostel”
Perfect for solo travelers. They have aircon, hot shower, refrigerator, veranda, wifi, and rooftop. The only thing that I didn't like about my stay is the smell of cigar in the bathroom. I think the exhaust fan is not working so the smell of smoke linger for quite some time. I hope they'd be more strict to prohibit smoking inside the bathroom as not everyone is a smoker.

It was easy finding the location. The staff was very accomodating. Inside the room I stayed, we were like 6 in the room with 7 bed capacity. The room was slightly noisy. Some of the bedspacers are not sensitive enough for their noise so I find it hard to sleep during the night (she was actually watching k drama without earphones and eating loud) the others were chitchatting about other bedspacer. Haha! I was reaaly tired that day and just used my earphones to sleep. The next day, I woke up with same sound of the kdrama 😞 but overall, you should expect this situation since you cant control each bedspacer you are living with. Shower rooms are clean by the way.

Convenient location with EDSA carousel bus available and close enough to walk to the nearest MRT station. There are other similarly priced hostels in Manila, but some close completely at night and are impossible to enter or exit, hot showers are not available, or we don't get a confirmation email even if you make a reservation.

+ really nice staff - I'm 183cm/6ft tall (which is not a lot) but i couldn't fit in the bed. Idk the exact length of the bed, but i guess it would be around 175cm. Make sure you choose stand alone bed/bunk bed, mine was connected to another one, so my feet ended up sticking out onto someone else's mattress...

Checking in was fast for a tired traveller eventhough in late evening. It's a nice walk from the mall and mrt. It would be nice if there is a free hot water for a cup of coffee. My stay is good and will recommend this hostel for a budget wise.
