Affordable guesthouse; perfect location”
It is a no frill guesthouse. Simple yet clean. I love the location. Walking distance from Calea, Nena's Inasal house and Felicia's. It is a trike away from the famous and super delicious Sharyn's Kansi.

The location is good with enough parking lot. The rooms are clean and spacious, however, the queen bed is quite small. But our overall stay is great.

Clean and convenient”
Surprisingly huge and spacious for a single room, very clean and quiet. Exactly what I needed for my trip before going to Lakawon. It is close to the main road (Lacson) hence accessible. I’d booked here again and would def recommend to friends.

Excellent”
Smoke detector in my room looked like it wasn't operational. Probably out of battery or broken altogether. Other than that, pretty solid place for the price.

A decent b&b with a good location!”
It's near the main street of Bacolod -- Lacson Ave -- where most of the happenings and good food places are. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Transportation is of no problem as trikes and taxis can be easily hailed by the concierge, even a shuttle going to the airport! My room was the non-airconditioned one. It's still good. Not hot inside as their fans are sufficient for the room's size. Good beds and pillows -- not stiff! And that's despite the low price of the room I availed. If in case you don't feel like going out, their food will do. They're also available during the wee hours of the night when you need help or have any requests (buy water or hail a cab). I'd definitely come back to this place again if I were to re-visit Bacolod! :) Thank you, 11th Street Bed & Breakfast!

A Home at an Affordable Price”
It is my first time in Bacolod and I am happy I stayed in 11th Street Bed and Breakfast. It is not too far from Lacson St. Friendly staffs and very clean rooms!

When I got to the place, I was immediately greeted by their very friendly staff. The receptionist was fast enough to get my reservation details but had a bit of confusion and asked me to pay for the room when I already paid for it online through Agoda. I showed her my booking confirmation and immediately apologized. I got to the place before the published check-in time so I understand we had to wait for a bit to get the room ready. Decided to have coffee while waiting for the room and it took a bit before I got my order. When I got to the room, it was small but very cozy. The air conditioning unit in the room that I stayed at was making a lot of noise and took hours to cool the room. The room comes with clean linens and towels for your use and toiletries like a small soap and shampoo. I was a bit disappointed with how the bathroom/toilet looks was maintained because it sure needs a little more cleaning. The place is a few meters away from the main street (Lacson Street) but near commercial and dining establishments like the Lagoon and Robinson's Bacolod. The cab drivers are pretty familiar with the place so there won't be any problems getting to the place. The place also offers to call you a cab if you need one or you can take the local pedicab or walk to the main street. The area looks safe and very quiet. The common areas are well lit at night and is very quiet. Overall, my stay in 11th Street Bed and Breakfast was good. It's a cheap alternative for accommodation if you are thinking of visiting Bacolod and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Short, but enjoyable stay...”
Stayed at the 11th St. for a few nights while in Bacolod. Great place for the price, as it is a really nice little budget establishment. Location is good, as it's near a major street (Lacson Blvd) which means it's convenient to eating and shopping spots. However, across the street from the B&B, there is a vacant lot where the locals burn trash. Let's just say the smell is a little rough on the olfactory. And the street it's on isn't well lit, so if you're afraid of things that go bump in the night, you might want to make sure you get back before dark. Room was small, but tidy. Bathroom was clean. Wifi worked like a champ. So there it is. If you're looking for a good place to stay, and you're on a budget, you can't go wrong with the 11th St. I'd stay there again without a doubt.
