The house was really dirty”
Many big cockroaches in the house. The location is far from Shinjuku. And the customer service was really terrible. recommend you all do not rent this house

the number of guests was booked two people, but the real guests was five people. they should have paid three people more, but cheated the guest stayed over checking out time 11:00 and stayed longer, therefore, I had to pay extra hour fee to my cleaner. house was really dirty I reported the guests misconducts and fake guest number. All the hosts have to be cautious about this kind of malice gusts and review.

Located in a interesting part of Shinjuku. Very modern standalone accommodation with plenty of beds. We stayed there with 4 adults but the place could have slept 8 adults comfortably. Pros: - Spacious dining area. - 2 toilets. - Close to multiple convenience stores and restaurants. Cons: - The "price per night" shown on Agoda doesn't include the taxes/cleaning fees, which actually added on a huge amount of money at the final stage of booking. - There were bugs in the house (maybe mosquitoes) which bit us. - The provided body wash had a lots of clumps in it.

Amazing Host! ”
Originally we are booked at 5 nights and typhoon Hagibis came last Oct 12 and it hit Tokyo our supposed flight on the 13th way back to Manila was canceled. Our host warned us on October 11 that there's an upcoming typhoon and our flights me. Canceled. The night of the typhoon we got an email from our airline company that our flight will be canceled. So first thing I did was to email our host. Without any hesitation she gave us free 2 nights just for us to get a booking. We were surprised what she did and we were so happy we didn't pay extra two days. I will highly recommend this house rooms are excellent everything is equipped not far from 2 donquijote stores and restaurants. Train station is probably 300 meters away as well. Thank you again! :)

Exceptional”
Our group was 4 adults and 2 young children. We stayed for 8 nights. The house is a really good size, modern and the layout was good for our group. However, it lacks a TV, which would’ve been nice. The house was well equipped and located in a quiet area. It is about 8 minutes from Shin-Okubo Station, part of the Yamanote Loop (Shin-Okubo station doesn't have an elevator). The listing says 15 mins to JR Shinjuku but it’s closer to 20 minutes to get to the outskirts of the station. The house is right in Korea Town so there are plenty of Korean restaurants around. The house is 3 levels with narrow stairs, so be careful going up and down. The ground level has a bedroom with bunk beds, and the third level has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds). Overall, a comfortable stay and very spacious compared to hotels and apartments in surrounding areas.

ที่ตั้งเดนไมไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ ระหว่างทางมีร้านสะดวกซื้อให้แวะซื้อของได้หลายร้าน และมีร้านอาหารด้วย (เดินกลับบ้านนึกว่าอยู่เกาหลี มีแต่ร้านขายของเกาหลีอยู่ตลอดทาง) บ้าน ความกว้างของตัวบ้านน่าจะประมาณสองเมตรได้ แต่ยาวลึกเข้าไป โอเคเลย บ้านมีสามชั้น ชั้นแรกมีห้องอาบน้ำ1ห้อง ห้องสุขา1ห้อง และห้องนอนเตียงสองชั้น1ห้อง ส่วนชั้นสองเป็นห้องนั่งเล่น มีโซฟาเบดให้สองตัว มีโต๊ะกินข้าว ห้องครัว เครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น ไมโคเวฟ (เป็นแหล่งรวมแก๊ง) และชั้นสาม มีสองห้องนอน (หนึ่งห้องเตียงใหญ่ และห้องเตียงคู่ มีห้องใต้หลังคาด้วย) และหนึ่งห้องสุขา เราไปพักกับเพื่อนรวมกันทั้งหมด7คน มีปัญหาเดียวคือต้องแบ่งเวลาอาบน้ำกันดีๆ ไปพัก6คืน ระหว่างนั้นต้องเก็บกวาดทำความสะอาดเอง มีสบู่ แชมพู ครีมนวด ไดร์เป่าผมอันเล็ก มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ มีฮีทเตอร์ให้ทุกห้อง แต่ห้องนอนใหญ่เป็นฮีทเตอร์เคลื่อนที่ มีwifiให้แต่ตอนที่ไปพักต่อwifiไม่ได้ โชคดีที่มีน้องเก่งเรื่องคอมเลยทำให้ต่อwifiได้ ถ้าเปิดฮีทเตอร์พร้อมกันหมดและอาบน้ำด้วยไฟตกจ้า ข้อเสียที่สำคัญมากคือ ติดต่อเจ้าของบ้านพักได้ทางเดียวคือทางข้อความผ่านแอปอโกด้าเท่านั้น ซึ่งเวลาเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินทำให้เกิดความลำบาก เช่น ไฟตกตอนกลางคืน วิ่งวุ่นกว่าจะหาตู้เซฟตี้เจอ แต่โดยรวมโอเคนะ ถ้ามีโอกาสไปเที่ยวเป็นกลุ่มและไปโตเกียวอีก ที่นี้จะเป็นที่แรกที่เลือกไปพักอีกแน่นอน

地理位置还行，步行15分钟左右就到歌舞伎町繁华地段，屋内还算干净，发现几只蟑螂很无奈，被罩床单等有馊味，不知是不是梅雨季节没晾干捂了，有很难闻的味道！其它还好
