Spacious. Good kitchen but some items filthy especially oven.

Bed was too soft. TV didn't work (was huge but didn't see the point in it being there if it didn't work). Shower dial didn't work on the bottom. Table too small. Overly expensive for what it was. Did not really look like some of the pics. Deposit could have been explained better and customer service could have been a bit better.

The oven was dirty and the fridge icebox was caked with ice and hadn’t been defrosted. There was dirty socks and a mound of dust under the bed. Far to many steep stairs for pensioners leading up to Suite 6

Gab apartment shame they have blamed me for breaking something and kept back £100 of my deposit when I uave not broken anything.

I have been charged £100 for a broken light fitting with zero explanation of what has broken. I can only imagine this is a regular occurance as I literally checked in, made pizza watched TV. Had a shower went to bed, got up went to work then repeated for three nights.

I had to cancle due to having covid, and the staff who “manage the property for the owner” were disrespectful, rude and don’t know how to speak to humans, especially those who are seriously I’ll.

Location was good for our needs, and overall the property was adequately equipped for what we needed.

There was really strong smell of drains in the hallway when we arrived, which was overpowering in our bathroom. it took several hours to clear the smell in our room even with the windows open and the shower running constantly for an hour or so. The oven was filthy and had no oven trays, so we couldn't use it throughout our stay, despite raising it as an issue with the mgt co on two separate occasions.

Our first impression when we got there was the overbearing stench of sewerage which permeated through the property and mainly our flat, the stink was foul, it was there for the whole duration of our 4 day stay despite us being on the top floor. There was no hot water on the first couple of days, the water comes from one tank in a house converted to flats so we couldn’t get showered or wash (long) hair before leaving for work. The shower was filthy and the bathroom was grubby. We were there for 4 days, we stopped at a gorgeous services/farm shop in Gloucestershire, paid a fortune for very special food as we knew we had a kitchen and wanted to eat good food. The oven was disgustingly filthy and had no oven trays, we reported this to the agency staff who manage this apartment on the first day but nothing was done, (no oven trays brought to us) so we had to throw very expensive food away. Hopewell very keen at chasing us for deposits/bonds but not for sorting out issues. Altogether a very shoddy service and poor experience to be on the receiving end of.

Clean, well equipped apartment. Easy access using key safe. Lovely bathroom. We stayed in number 5.

Bedroom very small, bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep and have now got a bad back as a result. The mattress is very old, soft, lumpy and you can feel all the springs. I think the bed is also not a full double. It seemed much smaller than the one I have at home. I did message the agent to tell them about the bed during the first night but although they replied, nothing was done. The bed ruined an otherwise lovely apartment and meant I was exhausted from lack of sleep and unable to enjoy my trip.

Very beautiful appartment and smart key code system. All appliances new and a nice kitchen. Very clean

First night was fine but in the second night our upstairs neighbors were extremely loud from 4-5am in the morning waking us and our baby. Then we fell asleep again and the neighbors alarm woke us at 7am. It was a Sunday morning!! Terrible night! Also I kindly asked to reschedule a week later for private reasons (death in the family) - they were not very flexible on that.
