We love this hotel very much. very very friendly and cute staff, ready to help you every time. Very good location, in the center of Sapa, can walk to every where. Room is very nice decor and clean. Specially, hotel has very delicious foods with very cheap prices. we will come back here again.

Price is reasonable and located right in the center of Sapa, no heater in the room, the blanket is not so clean though, water heater did not work well, if you are looking for a place just to stay then it is perfect but if your requirement is higher then you might have to consider more.

All in all I was pretty satisfied with my stay”
The room was clean, comfy and adequate. However my room had no windows so be warned if you are claustrophobic. Because of the enclosed space there is a damp odour. The staff were friendly but not extremely so. They did their job. Funny thing is they asked for my passport when I checked in. They took a photo, but the next day they wanted to see my passport again.

Chào a/c Cảm ơn a/c vì chuyến ghé thăm vừa rồi tại khách sạn, máy sưởi bên khách sạn vẫn hoạt động tốt, vì ngày a/c ở là thời tiết sapa lúc đó rất khắc nghiệt đợt lạnh xuống tới 1-2 độ nên máy ko thể làm ấm như a/c mong đợi, bên k/s rất lấy xin lỗi vì điều đó Còn mọi thứ a/c thấy ok vậy mong a/c xem xét lại điểm đánh giá có quá thấp ko ạ. Cám ơn a/c ạ!

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ. Sát trung tâm, ban công view thành phố rất tuyệt vời. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ duy nhất là máy điều hòa chế độ sưởi còn yếu. Nếu sapa vào mùa lạnh có lẽ không đủ.

Ks ngay trung tâm, đi bộ vài bước đến nhà thờ đá. Sạch sẽ và đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên cực kỳ nice. Đặc biệt, đồ ăn ở quán ngay tầng dưới ks ( cùng 1 chủ) cực ngon ( và nhiều). Đồ uống, nhất là cf rất ngon. Must try! Giá tốt so với những ưu điểm vượt trội.

Mình khá hài lòng với anh chủ và nhân viên phục vụ ở đây, phòng sạch sẽ, địa điểm gần trung tâm, đi lại rất tiện, book phòng có ban công nhưng ko đc thì a chủ chuyển sang phòng đôi , tiếc phòng có ban công, view rất đẹp
