I love the location so much because it is so near the major malls in Cagayan de Oro City. I like the room becaus it is super clean and it has everything that you need . The only set back I haver is that it takesd a while to lock the door when you get out because it keeps on opening the locker. But other thatn that, the property is excellent. I recommend it to everyone who wishes to stay in a comfortable place.

if you are looking an accommodation which has a complete necessity (microwave, mini ref, cooking wares and utensils) this one is right for you. the good thing is, it is beside the centrio mall and SM downtown . no need to commute just a small distance to walk. Highly Recommend!

Situated next to Centrio Mall and along Coralles Avenue, place is very accessible. Friendly guard/staff at the reception. The only area of opportunity is adding a bidet. Will definitely book again once I'm back in CDO.

The location is great but the appliances need an upgrade. The tv is outdated, just a regular LED tv. The hair dryer is broken. No bidet and cabinet. For the price, I still recommend it.

Nice room with a great view of city and bay. New bed mattress, refrigerator, microwave and a sink. Very quit from the street noise below. Towels and shower curtain bar were of need of replacement!

Pros - 5 stars for cleanliness!!!, they have washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, aircon, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and towels, place is just a 3-min walk to centrio mall, also accessible to other malls in the area, WiFi is working fine Cons - N/A I did not meet the owner but he was so responsive with my messages. He even allowed us to have an early check-in. Thank you for the amazing stay, Aya Suite!! I will recommend this place to my friends!

The view outside was nice, you can see the SM downtown and Limketkai Mall as well as the ocean. Facilities were complete. Clean. All in all, I recommend all Aya's suite.
