Avoid at all costs, not the cheapest but certainly the worst.”

The flat was in the perfect place to visit Leith and Edinburgh.
The flat can only be described as a student dump. Cupboard doors hanging off, kitchen appalling, cooker unusable, extractor fans clogged and not working, people's shoes left in the bedrooms, and empty vodka bottles lying on the floor.

Great place to sleep while out exploring the city during the day”

Very spacious apartment, good wifi, convenient location. We did not interact in person with staff, but they were very prompt and helpful with their messages when we had any questions or issues.
Kitchen furniture falling apart and lack of cleanliness in general (huge dust bunny on the living room floor, beds were not made when we arrived) but the property was very quick to respond and help us out.

No mention of lack of street parking or that the parking for the apartment was difficult to access(very small entrance with pillars, obvious problems with this as pillars surrounded by protective sticky wrapping). Apartment needs windows sorted. Lack of secure locking on a number of panes.

Did not include breakfast. But there were adequate facilities to get myself something to eat
The bed in the first bedroom is creaky and uncomfortable.

poor condition of furniture,window fastenings lack of kitchen equipment . Bed collapsed when sitting on it Sofa looked as if it was broken, gas boiler pressure needed constantly to be increased, Kitchen floor stickly.
