Best location but poor cleanliness”

Great price for such location if u can bear the awful cleanliness. 5 mins walk from namba station and many shopping and restaurants around the apt. Some stains on walls, trash can is full of stain. there is no kitchen towel and one pan is not used to cook on halogen stove. old soap stain is still on the soap bottle in the bathroom. thanks god the bedsheet is super clean. browish stains on sofa bed as well. staff is EXCELLENT and fluent in english. 7 mins walk to wholesale supermarket if u want to cook in the apt. But with such price. i am happy to spend an hour to clean the apt for them. Will probably come back again!

I would recommend Gare Namba!! The location is great. Few minutes walk to Nankai Namba Station / Nippombashi Station. Short walking distance to a lot of prime spots in Osaka. Family mart just few steps away. A lot of eateries around. The apartment is clean, comfortable & price is worthy!!! Staffs also very responsive, kind & helpful. Thanks!! We enjoyed staying here & we will be back again for our next visit.

clean, modern, well fitted out, just about everything you could want at a very reasonable price. Great location, helpful staff. W O N D E R F U L ! I thoroughly recommend this self-contained apartment. The only downer is trying to find the place. To assist others: do note it is not "Namba" but "NANKAI Namba station" as in the name. I had realised this before-hand but even speaking basic Japanese for directions, it was rather difficult. The south gate as per the given directions is not necessarily easy to find. Perhaps, in retrospect, getting a taxi from Namba station itself might have been easier as you'd only pay the flag-fall fare which is less than 700yen.)
