the property is well located.
only the lounge area was air conditioned. I added a car park for 2 days and charged 18 per day but the booking site said $15 per day. parking was easy to access there was a day bed in the lounge area ideal for an extra guest or a child but not really very comfortable to sit on and watch tv

Excellent location, easy access,great shopping and restaurants.
Difficult getting into shower , you are stepping into a spa bath. No good for those with knee or hip problems. Needs an update and some good old TLC. Cleanliness is poor.

The location
the shower, how ancient, very hard to get in and out, it's good for skinny people who are in they 20s or 30s, definitely not for my age group, the aircon very old, switched on when it wanted to, no lights in the kitchen , windows are dirty and so are the taps. Curtains don't close. Balcony door very hard to open, had to really push hard so it would move. The fact that it was mostly communicated with the person who booked it and not the person who stayed in the apartment. No possibility of a late check-out, this should have been disclosed as soon as I booked the extra day and not on the day of living (unable to attach pictures for some reason)

Conveniently located in the city, just a short walk from the convention center and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and checking in/out was easy. The complementary parking space is a plus.
The apartment was full of cockroaches. The hostess' response after complaining: "I've been on the phone since yesterday chasing the pest control company to fit me into their busy schedule ASAP". This is nonsense of course, considering the other reviews on Booking.com that have been submitted lately. The interior is either old or broken. The bathroom is functional, although the old plastic tub in which you have to take a shower wouldn't be our preferred choice. If you're taller than 1.85m (like me), you won't fit under the shower. Fingers crossed that you don't need anything from them after checking out. I need a GST invoice for the company and they simply won't respond at all.

Location very central.
Place needed fumigation for cockroaches - owners assured this would be followed up. Shower is over a high spa bath - no good for anyone with mobility issues. Owners responded promptly to complaint about roaches. Place really needs a refurb - broken blinds, tired bathroom and kitchen

The location was excellent and the pick up of keys was clear and concise.
Dirty washing left in laundry tub. Bed lined was outside, bed not made. Rubbish and full ashtray left outside. Unvacuumed floor, multiple toe nails on floor. Every surface was dirty. Spent some time cleaning & clearing the vacuum cleaner so that we could vacuum the floor. Spent a lot of time wiping a lot of surfaces. Filthy and infested with cockroaches. Have never seen so many cockroaches in one place. Messaged property through booking.com, never received an acknowledgement.

Location was great, as advertised. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. Parking was available.
Cockroaches. So many cockroaches. We had to keep our bags zipped to avoid them getting into things. Not as clean as it could have been. The bathroom and laundry were not overly clean.

had to pay for new linen when it had mold/stains on it from previous visitors.”

Privacy and view. Had all amenities in room for a family.
Communication from the host was poor. Stains on our towels on arrival from previous guests and being blamed and paying for it out of our deposit.Take photos of things when you notice them on arrival to cover yourself. We paid our host extra for secure parking and was unable to use it for NYE when we needed it. The location is a very popular spot for people to gather. We had a very sleepless night worried it would be broken into parked on the street which has very limited parking with party goers loitering around. Did not get any refund for our secure parking for that night that we could not use it either.

The host was really responsive and helped us locate the key and parking area. The apartment was exquisite and really blew our minds, especially for the price. My daughter wanted to live there :) The location was superb, literally in the centre of the main shopping district and we walked everywhere. LOVED IT
There was a bit of noise generated from adjacent buildings AC units but thats being really picky.

The apartment is very spacious, with a good range of facilities and a great view in an excellent location. The reserved parking is very convenient and easy to access.
The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The living room furniture was not comfortable.

Great place, cumbersome negotiations”

The apartment is tasteful and comes with quality equipment and generous offers of consumables. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in during my many years of travel. Safe underground parking. Great location.
Booking and self-check-in required four or five partly unclear prior e-mails. The keys were deposited behind a hard-to-operate padlock. After the stay, the owner or manager rang to say that I had taken the key. It turned out he looked in places other than what he had directed me to use. He spoke of keeping the $ 100 deposit. Then he reported a blood stain on the bedsheet, again threatening to retain some of the deposit. When my wife told him she had noticed a watery stain the size of a ¢5 piece that might have come from a previous visitor, he agreed to return the deposit. –– If you do not mind time-consuming negotiations stay in this high-quality place. If you do, go elsewhere.
