Highly recommended esp for groups, except the bad breakfast”
I commend the staff, everyone was exceptional specially Dave and the employees during my check in & check out. The room was spacious and clean. Only downside was the breakfast, we didn't like it and it did not even come with coffee and juice, certainly not worth paying extra 150php for each breakfast coz only 2 were free with the room. Other than that, everything else was great. Will stay again for sure.

Fit for our needs”
The suite's location is near the Pacific Mall (walking distance) which is perfect for our purpose. Passport renewal. We had a hard time booking online and Lucena is the only place available for a group renewal. A stone's throw away to Señorita's Kitchen which is a resto bar, with an outdoor space and swing for my kids. Perfect place to eat and stretch or travel weary legs. Kudos to the staff of 2205--from the night guards to the lobby attendant to housekeeping. They are efficient, friendly, quick to reply /work on our requests. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotel i stayed in Lucena. I booked a couple of times and everytime is amazing. The staff are superb, and they Will help you with anything you might need. Many choises for breakfast. Rooms are verry Nice and always clean. I would stronger recommend this hotel to any visitors. Foreign or local. And i Will book here again when i visit Lucena.

Great Room”
Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, with a beautiful view, and even a kitchen area - wow. Arrived late at night in the rain after a long drive with terrible traffic but the room made up for it all. My only complaint is the check in process which was not easy - maybe ask for a link ahead of your visit to make a more seamless visit. Breakfast was also prompt and exactly when requested. Our family would stay here again - even with a the check in difficulties.

COZY ”
2205 suites strategically located in prime area in Lucena City where you can find restaurant , cafe and even the nearest mall which is the Pacific mall. The hotel room size is enough for a small family. One thing I noticed is that no wardrobe to put your clothes and some stuff. This hotel is good .

Nice Hotel”
Pros : ample amount of parking and security is good, very near city center although its best if you have car since its not walkable to the restaurants exept the mexican resto nearby, the bed is ok, pillow need improvement, Cons: im travelling with my kids so crumbs leftover cant be prevented so we woke up next morning and there is ants red ones crawling around the bed and floor, they basically live in the hotel its either they dont fumigate or its just this building is like partly residential space and office space for rent. We stayed in 2nd floor by the way. Overall great stay dispite of what we had encountered. They are currently ongoing renovation but it did not bother us at the time. 2nd floor river view is a must see as long as your not afraid of heights.

2205 Suites was indeed a memorable stay, all the Staff are very accommodating and room was also quite clean and presentable however, I find it to be a little bit of lacking when it comes to facilities, it's not bad, it's just a little bit below average. Overall, our stay was great and we had a nice rest.
