Great location for us as I had to have surgery at Bascom Palmer. Also within close vicinity to some great restaurants in Wynwood and in a safe neighborhood. We will stay here again!

Good price, clean, free parking, cooking amenities, great location, helpful call service. The sleeping sofa was comfortable for a single person. Overall, it’s a really good deal!
The payment is processed through a third party website. Although it’s close to a lot of great places, the street of the building doesn’t make a good impression: there is a lot of construction going on; trash is everywhere; many stray cats walk around, hence the constant smell of cat pee. I think there is a problem with the windows, because it seemed like there was a crack, and we could hear every sound from the street as if we were right outside. It’s Miami, so we expected a lot of noise, but on one of the nights it just seemed like we were at a rock concert all night. That noise was unbearable even with two pairs of wax earplugs.

Loved the key pad for opening and lovking the door.
Parking. We were assigned parking spot 3, but it was occupied when we arrived. It continued to be occupied half of the following day. That was the only issue.
