Not the place to be on the hottest day ever”
We were in London for work. It was 39 degrees. The air con in the room didn't make any appreciable difference to temperature, and the shower only ran extremely hot water, with no cold at all. So I don't recommend it on a hot day.

Nice and quiet”
Ask for a room at the back and it will probably be lovely and quiet. We stayed in Room 17 - perfect. Only negative was the mattress which was much too soft.

Good quality budget accomodation. Very clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Only big negative, the TV screen was about the size of microwave door. Very difficult if you are shortsighted like me.

Room was large enough for 3 persons. Condition and cleanliness of rooms average. Location is convenient cause we had food, sundry and grocery shops closeby but it is quite a distance walk to the underground or overground station. I will not book to stay at this apartment again and will not recommend to others.

This time we were given a larger room for 2 but at the 2nd floor with steep and narrow staircases and no elevators. Bringing up and down suitcases was problematic. Condition and cleanliness of room is average. I will not be booking this place for future and certainly will not recommend to others

Review of Apartment 291 West End Lane”
We were not located at 274 with our other group but at 291 West End Lane. This is a much larger room but unfortunately without any cooking facilities. Again it is with steep staircase which is difficult for my wife with bad knee. Condition of room was average and cleanliness also average.

This an apartment located in the 2nd Floor with narrow and steep staircase,very difficult to bring up suitcases. The room is very small with the stove inside the wardrobe with hardly space to walk and access. Condition of room not good.

Lovely cozy hotel”
The hotel in general was clean. It is a bit of house converted to a hotel, so you might find some rooms a little small in size. Kittchenett was not that big, but it was enoght for the basic things as it has microwave, refregirator, water boiler and some dishes. Enternat was excellen. Sink was a bit small.
