Communication between host was good. He guided us how to approach the place. The checkin time was flexible. At Wood green exit we found the bus 121 and we took the exit Bloomfield Lane, which was 5min walk away.

Cute place, inexpensive but quite far”

We liked that it was very close to the train station, it was clean, the host was very nice, the area is safe and rather good, there are cafes and pubs nearby and two bus stations right across.
The first night we turned the heater on. It was ok. The second night we returned home late, around 1am, frozen and we turned on the heater and....nothing. We had to sleep with some clothes on, it was worse for me as I already had a bit of a cold. In the morning we contacted the host and we were told someone changed the settings of the thermostat and that shouldn't have happened. Strange explanation ...however, it was fixed immediately. Another thing we didn't like was the distance to the city. Despite being near the station, getting to and from the city takes a long time.

Neil is a really good host. He was kind and very helpful. The location is a bit further from Central London but it is still easily accessible by train, bus and tube. Me and my friend were using tube and buses to get here, from Westminster, it took us around 40 minutes to get here. There is a shop near the house, restaurants, bars, cafes, fast foods in the walking distance. Room was very neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean room and very very nice hosts.”

Very friendly hosts! We had a late flight upon arrival and it was delayed. They waited up for us and were very welcoming despite the late hour. Siobhan even helped out with adaptersockets, which we had forgotten to bring with us and extra fruit juice to drink. Very sweet! The location had its disadvantages with regard to travel distance to i.e. central London, but it was conveniently situated in an area with lots of shops and places to buy breakfast or other meals. There was a bus stop in front of the place and a train station very close by and it felt safe to come and go at all sorts of hours. Communication was very easy despite the fact that we had a schedule that meant we were never there at normal hours. The room was superclean and got cleaned every day which was wonderful. And plenty availability of water (cold if preferred) and everything to make tea and coffee.
Getting to the locations we wanted to and getting back turned out to be quite an adventure. We went three days to and from the O2 Arena but every day we had a different journey.

The owner Neil was very helpful trying to book me a taxi.
On Saturday night there were extremely loud motorbikes along the road pretty much all night and I didn’t manage to sleep very much.

My European tour from Canada with my Philippine family”

Very close to train, bus, taxi or Uber pick up station. Neil was very helpful and understanding with my check in and check out needs, I had trouble coming from Paris because the bus was super late due to immigration issues from France to London, UK. We really appreciate how Neil understand our situation and he helped us a lot by providing printed Map for us to go around and about. We even store our luggage after check out time because our flight is not until late afternoon. Very clean place and accessible to all amenities.

Closeness to several places to eat, good bus and train routes into the city, free parking at the accommodation, all communication with hosts was quick and clear. Really great place to stay, would certainly stay again if it's available .. seems to be often booked up, so must be popular
With a 3+ hour trip to accomodation, and work commitments meaning we couldn't leave before 5:15 making an arrival time of 21:00 a bit risky especially with travel on a Friday ,, we were worried about being a bit late but fortunately traffic was good and the hosts were aware this might be difficult but communication with the hosts was great and we arrived within 15 minutes to spare!, We were greeted with a big smile and warm welcome
