Nice Location - good value ”

I was very happy to stay here for three nights - very good location. The room is a good size, has all basic amenities + a kitchenette, which was very handy - in London. The only negative - the bar below was quite noisy on Friday night with live music, but the rest of the weekend was peaceful.

Suggestion for management: Put more support structures in the toilet (few places to put our objects). Remove the device that makes the doors of the rooms close automatically. They make a loud noise when someone enters or leaves the rooms, disturbing the rest of the guests of the neighboring rooms.

Top location ”

Everything is new and good except the power switches and microwave are too high for the short person to reach as the room doesn't supply any chairs or stools.

Nice”

Nice smile cozy studio for us to sleep in! The part where they say "Kitchen" it's only a cabinet with the essential, but it lacks of spoons, forks, knifes, pots, plates, etc, for us to cook properly in it! But in general it's really great! Nice location with transportations, markets, cafes, bars, restaurants next to it!

Really disappointed”

Lots of picture to show to everyone how it was :( We didn't get what we booked, it was dirty, old things in the fridge, hair in the bathroom, only 1 bed, no adaptator, ... then they give us another studio, it was smaller, no more bathroom, just a shower, an extra bed so thin that I now have hematomas, a window that didn't close so windy and cold it was -x° !! Well, the worse stay in London ever :(

Centrally located Suite”

It was a suite with a kitchen inside a cupboard! Air conditioner worked fine on the second and third nights after calling reception for repairs after the first. Wi-fi a bit slow but bearable. Shower was good but lacked water pressure if you wanted a cooler shower. Shower worked fine at 38 degree C but this is too warm for me! The fridge in the room was a god send during the so-called heat wave but there were some sort of bugs in the room that my legs were really attracted to. For those with weak knees/legs, this is not recommended as there is no lift - stairs only.

European space (tiny) nicely decorated. Owner was so wonderful! However, pipes & plumbing can use some help, especially the extremely LOUD toilet flushing throughout the top floor.

Feeling home ”

We stay this hotel 2 days, it has kitchen, iron,freezer and coffee machine. The location is good, the closest underground is West Hampstead and walking 5-minutes, the nearest supermarket has little Waitrose, tassco and Sainsbury.

The room smell awful like rotten fish. Highly suspect it’s hygiene.

Room was nice and clean, facilities good within small space but completely soulless and some maintenance needed with bedside lights not working and an awful constant droning noise.

We londonien en famille”

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier dynamique et agréable, proposant de nombreux restaurants. Bus juste devant, arrêt de métro à 5 min, pour desservir tout Londres. Le personnel de l'hôtel était compréhensif et agréable. Une belle expérience pour toute la famille.

Prima service, wij konden zelfs eerder in onze kamer, want een Suite is iets te veel gezegd. Klein en de keuken is zo mini dat je enkel wat thee kunt zetten. Wij sliepen aan de straatkant en samen met enorme overlast van de gasten boven ons hebben we niet best geslapen.

ロンドンで長く生活していた方が一緒で、利用したことがありお勧めということで利用しました。改装されていて部屋はとてもきれいです。台所がついているので、近くのスーパーで買った食材で朝食を作りました。お店の周辺は素敵なお店がたくさんでとっても楽しいです。お店は、レストラン、洋服、帽子等このとおりで補トンど済ませられます。ハムステッド駅までは歩いて５分くらいですが、次回も利用したいと思います。
