Our condo unit is near touristy but less crowded areas like the Mansion House, Wright Park, Mines View Park and Baguio's new epicurean hunts! It is homey, with the 'old Baguio' ambiance-surrounded by pine trees with a majestic view of the Cordillera mountains.The serenity is ideal for writing and creative work.Outdoor terrain is also perfect for walking, running and camping.Our vacation home is perfect for couples (newlyweds!), solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our 55 sqm condo-apartment is for your exclusive use. It has 24/7 building security, a spacious balcony and exclusive parking space. It is fitted with fiber-optic internet (wifi),landline phone, and cable TV.

Internet connection is decent @ 15Mbps speed supplied by PLDT- Cignal (exclusive provider in the condo building). Netflix is also available for additional entertainment options :-)

Selected toys and story books for kids; board and card games for young and mature adults are also made available for ‘technology detox’ and to foster ‘human’ interaction :-) Just make sure not to bring them home for the next guests to enjoy :-)

Kitchen is furnished with a fridge, induction plate, microwave oven, oven toaster, electric kettle and rice cooker.Crockery, cutlery, tea towels and cleaning implements are also provided for your cooking and dining needs.Drinking water (first 5 gallons) is supplied for free.

Hot and cold water supply is guaranteed by a storage tank water-heater type typically used in hotels.

Aside from water heating, T&B has hair dryer, a huge mirror and a multi-light system adjustable to your grooming requirements. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo and bath creams are also provided.

The fire extinguisher is in the kitchen area. First aid kit (basic), manuals and torch (flashlight) with extra batteries are in the cupboard above the fridge.

The balcony is ideal for breakfast, and for enjoying after dinner tea or coffee or a few drinks to wind down.

I have lived and travelled in the UK and continental Europe for 5 years, no-frills and oftentimes on a shoe-string budget. Nowadays l travel around East Asia as I wrap up my graduate studies in Japan. I love books, movies, museums and the outdoors.I am not a fussy and overbearing host and your comfort and privacy are my priority.

- Ensure that taps are closed, lights are off and electricals unplugged every time you step out. - Limited smoking is allowed in the veranda area ONLY (please don't lean over the rails, stay closer to the walls and door/window- as guards and building attendants can be very strict at times). For hassle-free smoking, please proceed to the designated smoking area outside the building (entrance guards will guide you). - Quiet time is between 10PM-7AM. - Keep the children from playing in the elevators, stairways and the peripherals of the viewing decks. - Hanging of any item on windows and veranda is prohibited. - Please take time to read other reminders (i.e use of microwave oven) and directions posted on the fridge door. -Please can you water the plants if you stay more than a couple of days?
