Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location of the apartment near to Earls Court underground station @250m away. Halal food easily available for muslim visitors.

unusual stay”

we had a room in the basement which was dusty. we had a television at a terrible angle that we couldn't watch withou standing on our beds. we also had 3 beds which was highly unnecessary. finally there was no one at the front desk so we waited half an hour to check out.

You get what you pay for”

Very average stay: No hot water and very dingy rooms. Good for the location if you need a place that is handy to the Piccadilly Line, but the place really needs some work to make it cleaner and more comfortable.

The staff at the front desk where very nice and the room was one of the best in the hotel apparently and was quite a pleasant stay over all.

Friendly cheap hotel with flaws”

this hotel had friendly staff and pretty large rooms. i booked a double and my room had 2 double beds in. the shower stank of sewage and was moldy. the kettle my friend put it on and touched the off switch and it burnt her, the plug for the fridge had been taped up, the fire alarm had been destroyed so if there was a fire it wouldn't of worked, there was a box under the sink with images of doll looking armless children being molestered by 2 naked women it was weird and freaked me out.

La estancia fue horrible. De hecho acabamos pasando la noche en otro hotel. Las habitaciones muy sucias, sabanas rotas con pelos, moho y bichos,las almohadas con marcas de suela de zapatillas.TENGO FOTOS DE TODO. La moqueta daba asco, muy sucia, y los muebles parecen sacados de sus casas, muy usados e incluso rotos. Poco cuidadosos en la limpieza (las toallas que dejas en el suelo te las vuelven a colgar sucias en el perchero). Dejan la ventana abierta en pleno diciembre y cuando llegas encuentras la habitación congelada. Las maletas te las "guardan en el pasillo", al alcance de cualquiera, y como no..no se hacen responsables. EN GENERAL MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA QUE NOS FASTIDIÓ EL VIAJE.

Chambre en sous sol donc pas super, mais il y avait quand même une fenêtre, deux lits confortables, la télé, et le wifi (même si ça ne captait pas tjr super bien) Un coin cuisine avec micro onde et frigo, idéal quand on ne veut pas passer tout les jours au restaurant. Seule la douche laissait à désirer, pas très agréable à regarder, mais fonctionnait normalement tout de même. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller se promener dans le centre de Londres, et tous les commerces sont à proximité, très proche du métro.

Posizione ottima ma camera piccola ”

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima se si vuole visitare la città. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto piccola e il bagno quasi inesistente ma lo staff è stato molto gentile. Consiglierei l'hotel a delle persone giovani e "avventurose" o comunque che lo usino solo per pernottare in quanto non offre nessun tipo di servizio oltre il pernottamento. Nel complesso comunque ci siamo trovati bene.

Het is een super mooie wijk waardoor een leuk simpel hotelletje verwacht wordt. Het personeel spreekt slecht Engels en je krijgt geen bon van je sleutel borg, waardoor je bij uit checken nog bijna wordt afgezet. Wij hadden een kamer voor 2 maar konden er met 5 personen slapen. De badkamer en kamer waren zo smerig dat we er niet met blote voeten durfde te lopen en het liefst raakten we niks aan. De handdoeken hadden gele vlekken en er is geen lift aanwezig, alles mag je zelf naar boven dragen. Het personeel is niet altijd aanwezig waardoor wij een half uur hebben staan te wachten om uit te kunnen checken. Nooit meer terug naar dit hotel

部屋の清掃が不十分で清潔ではない。ベッドの背もたれが壊れている。椅子も机もない。 窓が壊れていて開け閉めができない。ベーズンが大きなドンブリくらいしかなく顔を 洗うのが困難。便器に座るとベーズンが肩に当たるので体が歪む。便器のフタが ガタガタでとれそう。バスタオルが２枚のみで使った分の交換もない。手洗い石鹸も 置いていない。テレビが契約外との表示で映らない。４０年間の海外旅行で最悪の ホテル。サービスとホスピタリティーの心が全く感じられない。お金を貰っても 泊まりたくない。ただ、シャワーのお湯が出たのが唯一の救い。 紹介内容と実際が全く異なり虚偽表示のようなもので貴社の信頼性を疑います。

リッチ良し”

部屋は標準的なものですが、シンク、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、テーブルがあり外食を控えるのにとても助かった。 リッチはかなり良くアールズコート駅から５分くらいで、駅周辺にスーパーなど何でもあるので、とても便利でした。 部屋が空くていればまた利用したいです。

地點適中, 鄰近地鉄/餐館及超級巿場, 十分方便, 但該旅館放上之相片貨不對版, 租5人房間只能放下兩雙人床及一張單人床,未能讓行李打開, 房間衛生環境惡劣及污穢不堪, 水壓不夠, 雖努力調較但只有熱水, 水温極高 有向旅館職員投訴, 第二晚按要求由三樓更換地下之另一5人房間, 房間稍微大了少少少, 但只讓行李輪流打開, 拿取要用之物品十分困難, 貨不對版, 太可惡, 應評平0星之旅館, 奉勸勿租住, 否則後莫及!
