3 min walk to JR Okubo, 1 stop from Shinjuku. One stop to Shinjuku. To Shinjuku 15 min walk. Non-limited home wifi is free. Elevator equipped. Double-bed with comfy duvet. Extra single futon available up to 3 persons. A/C (hearing and cooler), Kitchen equipped. Bluetooth stereo, large desk, coffee machine, clothes Washing/drying machine, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, towels, shampoo&conditioner, body soap, all you need is here. 16 min walk to Shinjuku sta. To shibuya 10 min by train.

5th level with elevator. A very new modern complex. Studio apartment. Bath towels, face towels, shampoo&conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, iron&iron board, washing/clothes drying machine, mini-kitchen, cup board, rice cooker, coffee maker, milk pod, kettle, free home wifi. Another single futon is available upon request. Minimum stay is from 6 nights. Desk space, Bluetooth stereo CD player. Balcony is available for smoking (not permitted in the room nor other apartment premises).

Okubo is a Korean town where you can find many restaurants, pharmacies, groceries shops, etc. you can also walk to Shinjuku kabuki night bar area or west side where you can see the Tokyo metropolitan government building. Shibuya and Harajuku are also 6-8 min by train. Very convenient area.
