Location and the way the condos circled the pool
Incorrect instructions. The door code instructions said to hit any key b4 entering code. This was incorrect & required calling their service to get someone to open remotely. The business office closed at 4, 10 minutes b4 we got there. The same thing happened when we tested it b4 going to dinner. This time we were told not to hit a key prior to keying in code. From then on it worked fine. The instructions need to be corrected. Secondly the Wi-Fi info was incorrect. Luckily, I knew to look on the bottom of the modem to find the name and passcode. Again, this needs corrected. Also, upgrade the toilet paper. For the price, we shouldn’t be scratching our skin.
