location and space nice owner very quick in reply

The location of the property is good. It is less than 10 minutes of walking to the nearest tube station Gloucester Road. A near by supermarket is about 5 minutes walking. The instruction of how to access to the property is very clear.

The apartment is very cheaply equipped. The mattress of the double bed is wear out. It is placed next to the wall. The person sleeps next to the wall feels like sleeping on a slope. There are only 2 very flat pillows. We had to use sofa pillows as extra. There is no power outlet in bathroom. The shower at the corner is very tight. It is really uncomfortable staying place like this for 5 nights.

Its my old neighborhood, so it was quite sentimental * but it IS a great location. E'thing is close, love the ceiling + the space. Quiet fridge too. Thanks again

The location was good and the room was perfectly adequate. The tall windows let in a lot of cool air and kept the place comfortable (it was hot in London). The bed was quite nice. All we needed was a place to sleep and keep our things as we toured around London and this met our needs.

The shower did not drain adequately at all. We had to turn it off during the course of a typical shower because the enclosure would fill up to the lip and threaten to overflow. This is such a small thing and probably just an American thing - because we found it to be the case in all the places we stayed in the UK (there were four) - no washcloths? I was really happy to get home and exfoliate! :D We chalked it up to the "EVERYTHING is different" experience.

Ground floor apartment handy for tube & buses.

No air conditioning, radio or TV.

The location was excellent and was very walkable and had a train station close by.

Had to keep the tap running because the plug in the sink didn’t work. entry into shower too small for large person. no spare towels or sheets and no option to get any. No tea towels for dishes, quarter roll of toilet paper. no instruction how to use tv or hot plate. freezer full of ice and fridge badly stained. no washing machine in the room even though it states whole apartment is on one level, we were told to find the door at the end of the hall and go down the stairs and the washing machine is in a small room down there. we were also told it’s just £2 for drying which was somewhere near the supermarket over the street. No drying rack either. under the bed was disgusting, the fan in the bathroom was hanging with black dust, it was filthy. behind the wardrobe was an old pair of socks. The list goes on, but these are the main issues. when I complained the lady just defended her room and so we left 3 days early, giving 7 days notice, with no refund offered either
