we were so close to the shops and restaurants in town and only 6 mins to the train station, the choices of what to eat and do is endless! The owner was nice and would respond quickly if we had any questions about anything. It was my first time travelling to Japan and it is one of the best experiences I have ever had!

Great location just five mins from nakano station and bustling nakano broadway and surrounding areas. Was lovely to explore the surrounding streets, and really get a feel for life here. There’s plenty of places to eat, 7/11 stores are amazing and don’t miss daiso the ¥100 shop! Great communication from koh. Many thanks for a great stay

Miniscule - a $20 room for $100/night”
This apartment in Nakano is the kind of place I would stay if it were $20/night and I were traveling by myself and I just needed somewhere to crash and didn't care about the details. It's clean enough, there's no real problems. But it is *tiny* and is not "nice," let alone luxurious in any way. I have stayed at far nicer places for far less money. This place isn't worth 3500/night, let alone 10,000. *The pull-out bed was comfier than the actual bed, which is really saying something about the minimal quality of both. *There is no closet, barely any space to put anything whatsoever. For one person, it might be an okay space, but even then it's exceptionally minimal. For two, it was a problem. *Apartment building rules ban this kind of vacation renting - I was worried about what would happen if one of the neighbors or someone else said something; stress I didn't need on my vacation.

Great place to stay if you want to experience real life in the city. It's within walking distance of the mall for everything you need. Small neighborhood streets made it a real experience to see local people out and about instead of being in a tourist spot.

Good location. It is near the train station, few minutes walk to Nakano mall, and lots of restaurants in the area. Koh, our host, is very accomodating. Always reply to our queries. The unit is clean & everything we need is there even an umbrella which is perfect bec it rained during our stay. The pocket wifi is a big help bec we can bring it with us while exploring Tokyo. Highly recommended & will stay here again for our next trip in Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay here. Koh (the host) was very accommodating. He answered our questions quickly. The room has things that we needed for our trip, even a lint roller for our coats. There were instruction manuals on how to use things. Everything was organised. We will come back again :)

Koh’s apartment is very close to Nakano station (~5mins walk). There is a lot of convenient store and restaurants nearby. It is nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Nakano. Though the unit is a little small, but it is very comfortable and feels like home. Koh also was very responsive to our enquires and questions. He also suggested good restaurants to dine in. He also provide pocket wifi with good connection which was very useful during our stay as we had no issues using it when we travelled alot to other prefectures. We could recommend you to stay at Koh’s apartment if you like to experience like a local.

ビジネス研修で近隣に宿泊施設が少なかったのでその点では助かりましたが、 まず入り口に民泊禁止の大きな張り紙がされていることに不安を覚え、 コンプライアンス的な問題はないのか心配です。 定期的な最低限の清掃はされているとは思いますが、バスルームのカビ、ソファに座ると数分で何か所か虫刺されのような症状がでて、もともとアレルギーもあるので一日目は夫婦で夜せき込みとくしゃみが止まりませんでした。清潔感からの点で、バスルームは使う気になれなかったので二日とも徒歩5分ほどのところに銭湯があるのでそちらでお世話になりました。 フリーWi-Fiを置いてくださっていますし、テレビもないので、勉強目的の元気な学生さんや外国人の方でしたら問題のない宿泊場所だと思います。
