우선 숙소 사용언어가 영어, 러시아어라고 되어있는데 영어로 의사소통 불가능입니다. 도착한 날 갑자기 현금결제만 가능하다고 했습니다. 현금이 없어서 내일줘도 되냐고하니 오늘 결제해야한다고 했습니다. 비오는 밤 9시에 ATM을 찾아 돌아다니다가 결국 못 찾아서 돌아와서 이야기하다가 현지 은행(카스피) 앱으로 결제를 했습니다. 숙소 청결상태는 나름 괜찮았습니다. 다만 급하게 1박이 아닌 이상 비추입니다. 냉장고나 다른 편의 시설이 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 캡슐방 매트릭스가 너무 물렁해서 허리가 많이 아팠습니다. 데스크에 머리 긴 여자분 굉장히 불친절합니다. 머리 짧으신 분은 친절합니다. 그리고 분명히 아고다에서는 부분결제취소가 된다고 했는데 제가 5박을 하려다가 2박만하고 다른 곳으로 가겠다고하니 결제 부분 취소가 안된다고 했어요(남은 날 결제부분 환불 안됨) 실제 저에게 일어났던 일을 적은 것이니 참고하시기 바랍니다.(지우지 마세요) 1박 정도는 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 위치가 아르바트거리와 굉장히 가까워서 그건 좋습니다.

(+) 아르바트 거리 옆으로 음식점이나 상가가 많습니다. 교통편도 다양하게 많이 있는 편입니다. (-) 반지하라 환기가 안됩니다. 남자 샤워실이 더럽지는 않으나 시설이 열악합니다. 물 온도 조절이 잘 안됩니다. 지하인데다 캡슐이 관짝처럼 느껴지는 답답함이 있습니다. 타올 교체는 1주일 이상 묵어야 해줍니다.

*일단 이 후기 보시는 한국분들은 여기 솔드아웃 금방 되니까 일단 예약하세요! 무료취소에 현장에서 카드/현금 결지 돼요. 카드결제할 때는 핀번호 4자리 필요해요. *일본에 있는 캡슐호텔 같아요. 정말 깨끗하고 공용화장실,샤워실이 여자방에 하나인데 신기하게 단 한번도 안 겹쳐서 여유롭게 쓸 수 있었어요. *캡슐 문 닫으면 방음 잘 돼서 바깥 소음도 잘 안들려요. *위치도 지벡졸리 거리에 있어서 판필로프 공원 가기도 편하고 버스도 많이 다니고 좋습니다~ *매우 건조해요. 카자흐스탄 알마티 자체가 매우 건조한 거 같아요.(9월 기준). 잠 잘 때 엄청 건조하니 미리 알아두세요! 다음에 혼자 또 온다면 여기 다시 묵을거 같아요~

位置极好的”

这家青旅位置太棒了，就是地方太小，不太适合2晚以上的行程，因为他们之后一个很小的晾衣架，也只有一个公共淋浴间并且水特别的小水温也比较难控制。另外还要注意一下，哈萨克语、俄罗斯语交流非常方便，但是英语交流比较困难，支持visa支付但似乎地下室信号不好，visa支付可能不是每次都成功。

Очень хороший, уютный хостел. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Хостел находится прямо в центре Алматы, совсем рядом с Арбатом, Центральной Алматинской мечетью, Зелёным базаром, Вознесенским собором и продуктовыми магазинами.

非常棒的住宿”

地點非常的好，鄰近阿拉木圖升天主教堂，傳統市集，中央清真寺，到哪都很方便，超市也不遠，員工都很熱心，是個非常值得推薦的住宿，不過就是晚上暖氣開太強了，雖然是冬天-18度的天氣，睡覺還是會流汗。

非常滿意”

住宿相當乾淨，服務也非常周到，儘管語言溝通上不是非常流暢，但是reception的服務人員還是非常盡心盡力幫忙訂購local tour，讓我在阿拉木圖的旅程非常的順利。
