-complete small cute house -beautiful garden -nice english deco -i have imsonia, but i can sleep well here -got barbecue place, large area for children to play around -got coway, induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, iron n board, rice cooker n basic astro n internet. -just infront wet world room for improvement: 1)clear kiblat arrow sticker to ease people to pray. not everyone know how to use app to search for kiblat.

Might sound repeatitive, but it a cosy and wonderful house. Sleeping like a baby. it's still new, just hoping the quality stay intact. Wishing other customer will also take care of the place.. Don't vandalize the place cause I'm coming back...

The house has a nice ambience and beautiful decorations. Our arrival were greeted by jazz song played in the tv. The staff gave us orange juice upon arrival . Such a nice place to stay. Totally recommended and worth the price.

Very nice homestay”
Its very beautiful house with english design. Near BP mall n local eateries. We are welcomed by orange juice and bread upon arrival. All angle of this house were picturesque. We spend most of the time taking pictures. Fully equipped with astro, coway, iron, hair dryer, iron board, oven, cook, refrigerator, washing machine. The lawn is very big. Very suitable for family day as it has 2 houses in the compound. Excellent service by owner.

We arrived at 3pm but the staff was not informed about the booking and the house was not ready. The house ready at 5pm with one bed room the blanket and towel still in the dryer. Water pressure too slow at toilet room. The staff was not friendly. So far very not satisfied.

11 January 2020 Sis n family ada menginap di sebuah homestay / guest house laa. Serious weyhh puas hati sangat , muat okeyh utk 6 org ada budak kecik 1 . Haha Ada 2 bilik , 2 bilik air , ruang tamu , kitchen , mesen basuh , peti ais , weyhh dah macam rumah sendiri , Lepas checkin kami sangat menyesal , sebab book 1 malam je , hahaha Realy recomnd weyh kat family yang dari jauh datang , n tade tempat bermalam , gituhh *Kemudahan banyak *Dekat dengan shopping mall ( tapi ktorg pagi sampai malam guna foodpanda) *Owner yg sangat peramah *Bersih Tempat : Batu pahat , johor ( Betul betul belakang sk bukit pasir) (Berhadapan wetworld batu pahat)

整體很髒，這價格不值得”
1.本來看到照片覺得草皮很大.想讓小孩出去跑跑，結果出去一堆蚊子,且照片以爲是獨棟別墅，獨立草皮，但實際上老闆有另一間小木屋在隔壁，也是agoda上面有在賣的房，非完全獨立始用。 2.進去之後，家具超級多，重點是沒在整理，家具上面或下面很多都是灰塵相當髒 3.冰箱更是一絕！上下櫃都很多小蟲屍體在裡面，箱門邊都發霉了，下櫃我們還有幫忙擦一下才敢用，上櫃邊框整個霉都是，跟本不太敢開 4.洗衣機洗了後水會漏出來到廚房 5.第一天去廁所旁邊的水喉壞了一直漏水，導致幫浦一直抽水，第二天整天都吵，第三天老闆派水電工來解決了 6.老闆看起來是很好，問我房間如何，但是我不會太多英文，一時間也懶的跟他解釋太多了，就回答很好 7.員工的態度稍微欠佳，尤其是第三天白天他要我關燈，我以爲是水電工要修水喉所以必須關，就把房間的燈都關了，他又打來兩次，我直接回答我聽不懂英文這麼長串，就掛掉請他訊息我，他還是說關燈，直到水電工來修裡，他順勢進屋內去關外面外牆上的燈，雖然聽不懂，但那表情口氣就是說：「這裡啦！你怎麼不懂」但問題是入住時你又沒講清楚或示範清楚，且外牆的燈就算電費3天沒關也比不上冷氣開幾小時，是在氣什麼呢？重點是我是客人耶，怎麼這樣態度.你又沒說清楚讓人更氣 8.那床感覺快塌了，床邊也都小蟲或蜘蛛網，一開窗想通風又沒砂窗網，蒼蠅跟蚊子又飛進來 9.廚房廁所有通風口，可是好像關不了，晚上開著燈，蚊子都從小縫進來了，打不完 10.那些地毯，估計應該很久沒洗過吧 11.廁所馬桶也很髒，我們都自己刷一遍才敢用 12.這個價格兩千多台幣，實在不值得，但估計沒辦法退款了，我們只好忍耐住著 13.結尾員工有請我們些評論，我也懶得寫了，只想趕快離開去下一間民宿了，所以敷衍他一下，誰好意思在面前寫不好阿。 唯一的優點，有微波爐，其他真的想不太到了

Kami baru checkout dari homestay 69 Avenue Residence, Batu Pahat. Kami sekeluarga stay utk 1 malam. dlm booking AGODA xtra charge RM69 satu kepala utk xtra pax..tak berbaloi langsung!!!.harga dah macam duduk hotel yg ade breakfast TAPIII facilities out teruk dan stakat dapat selimut dan bantal kepam satu! Rumah yang tidak tersedia langsung utk sambut tetamu. 1) DAPUR - melekit,licin kalau kena air, ade macam bau masam kepam, peralatan dapur tak terurus, kitchen kabinet mcm stor lama.nk cari perkakas dapur tak jumpa, buka kitchen kabinet menakutkan.kotor. 2) BILIK TIDUR - katil macam nk runtuh, banyak kayu tumpang pacak bawah katil, bahaya.tingkap mmg xbole buka,kotor dan byk binatang, byk ulat kecik dan berhabuk dkt lantai,kwsan langsir,cadar dan selimut.bantal kepam. 3) AIR - jenis rumah bawah, tapi water pressure sangat2 perlahan. 4) PERABOT - semua perabot kotor dan berhabuk macam tidak pernah lap atau bersihkan termasuklah alas2 atas perabot semuanya kotor. 5) BILIK AIR - bidet pun leaking, dah rosak 6) PENAPIS AIR - coway, last sevices AUG 2022. Setahun xde service! Kesimpulan. Rumah dari luar nampak cantik tapi keadaan dalam rumah tak terjaga langsung. Kami baru check in pukul 4pm. Tapi bila sampi, dah suruh alihkn kereta jauh sikit sbb nk potong rumput..kenapa bila tetamu takda, xnk ptong rumput??? Pekerja nya yang duduk di sebelah rumah pun tak membantu langsung. Harap pihak owner ambil serius utk kemudahan tetamu dan rumah perlukan banyak pembaikan dan improvement. Terima kasih

Upon booking a staff will whatsapp u personally which i think is very convenient. The house which are beautifully decorated, consists of two rooms,two toilets, a hall, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. it is a very comfortable stay for me and my family. Definitely will come back here again!

We arrived around 6 still the house not ready & waited for quite some time. This after informing them we gonna arrived at that particular time 3 hrs before. It looked beautiful from outside but they dun maintained the surrounding area & the inside of the house. * The door keypad full of scratches, so hard to see the numbers. * The water terribly small & if s.o inside another bathroom, it just got worse. * Lots of stain on the pillow maybe from washing? I’m not sure… The bedsheet so thin, it looked more like mattress cover. * The bed just made lots of noises maybe from the weird supporting structure, self made I guess… & I’m just 40kg * Broken hanger still hanging there. * Dusty area & floor, bathroom not properly clean. Please prepare RM200 for deposit.
