The place is nearby calle crisologo and the staff was very accomodating, the room os clean and it fits the whole family with young children. Definitely recommend this place.

I was shown to a different room than the one I reserved. I brought in ingredients to cook various things, but it was changed to a room without a kitchen, and everything was ruined. There was no communication of any change.

Spacious & Great Outdoor Space”
We enjoyed our stay here. The room can accomodate six people comfortably and you’ll have access at the Bistro’s facilities just right outside your door. I had issue with the noise and the shower. The walls seemed to be thin because we can hear the noise from the bistro and even the guests upstairs although they were not being loud, they were also playing the radio outside until 9PM. The heater seems to work but the shower was set so high only 6feet tall people can reach them. It may seem far from Calle Crisologo but I appreciated that because it made the place more peaceful. The tricycle fare is 50pesos to Calle Crisologo, I didn’t bother bringing my car there because of the traffic. Tip: Buy your bagnet and longganisa from the Bistro. It’s cheaper than the ones they sell at Calle Crisologo.

Pros: the view in the am is stunning. They serve good food in the resto. Great for group travellers, Very spacious. Cons: the washroom/bathroom is tiny and dirty. Needs renovation. It was disgusting really. Good thing we were not home most of the time. On our 2nd day the toilet broke. We had to use the resto washroom to do our business. Reported it the staff but I guess they couldn’t open the loft? Idk. Cause it was still broken when we got back from our day trip. Mind you we left at 10am and got back around 9-10pm. They had plenty of time to fix it. Also, the shower drain doesn’t work well. It floods in the shower cubicle.

It took us a while to locate the place even if we are already within the address. It is because the location does not bear the name The River House. You will have to go thru Govani's resto to locate The River House. Markers are misleading.

Peaceful place near Vigan”
Instagrammable place and good for families. The place is quiet and peaceful because its not located in the city center. The loft units are clean and the space was utilized well. There is no nearby convenience store but their restaurant offers almost all that is needed for the stay. Wifi signal is great. Food in the restaurant is good but need some improvements. I love their lumpia. The place is little bit challenging to find because the only pin available in maps before this review is the orange house.

The unit was enough for our family. Responded to my request to cater senior companion. Staffs are very nice. However, glass sliding doors, sink and bathroom not well maintained.

Great accomodation for families ”
Stayed here for a holiday with family. Place was very spacious and accommodates big groups. About 10 mins to vigan city but easy to commute there. Host was very accomodating and super friendly! Staff were great

I was looking for a place to stay while I travel around Vigan, and found this place. - Nice and clean. During the day, however, the restaurant nearby plays music. I did not mind that, but you should consider it if you need complete silence. - Fast wifi speed. I was getting 25-50 Mbps. - You can order and have food delivered to your room. Things to consider: - I recommend having a vehicle during your stay. There are almost to tricycles passing through the place, so you need to walk a bit to get to the main road. - There are no cooking utensils available.

Acceptable”
We were led to believe that they will start cooking by 7 am to serve breakfast. Unfortunately, we left around 9 am with no staff around.. We including our kids were very hungry. We just placed the key on the table when we checked out.
