This place is conveniently located by the bus station, with good aircon, wifi and hot showers. (The beds were hard). The lady at reception was very helpful. She exchanged my money for both KIP and USD, at really competitive rates. They did cheap sandwiches and sticky rice too, and rented out their motorbike for 100,000 dong. PS If you have an e-visa, you can't cross the border near Dien Bien Phu...

Just around the corner from bus station, perfectly located. They offer food, although we did not eat there. Large, clean double room for 200,000 dong. AC, wifi, hot water. Perfect for overnight stop in Dien Bien when traveling between Laos and Vietnam.

As other reviews mention the hotel is right next to the bus station which is very convenient for the 5:30 am bus to Laos (no other bus). The hotel itself is pretty basic but it's pretty clean & hard beds. Hot water. Rooms could use a coat of paint but for $10 what the heck! Thank goodness for Google translater because you'll need it but all in all, I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely family run business here right next to the bus station (literally, right around the block). Very nice rooms, quite roomy, a great price for what you get. They were happy to let us keep our bags in the lobby until our 6:30pm night bus arrived. Cute kids loved welcoming us and playing a little football in the lobby!

One night stay before crossing to Loas”
We travelled from Sapa by bus and was dropped off at the main bus station. The hotel is next door to the bus station and was a good rate for one night. The staff were very helpful. We booked are onwards travel through them. The room was large and had all the facilities. One down side the tv was linked to the internet and kept disconnecting. This would not buy us off staying there again.

Everything was perfect. Newly refurbished rooms with all amenities needed, clean and tidy as well. It's located right next to bus station so very convenient too. The only drawback is the noise from the bus station and loud music played at the street stalls in the evening on weekends.

We stayed there for one night on the way from sapa to laos. For this it's perfect, next to bus station. A few minutes to walk for some restaurants. Room was simple and clean, staff did their job. Good value for the money

Spent one night in a double room. Room is very big, bed comfortable, toilet has good pressure and hot water. Toilet was not very clean but ok. The hotel is just by the bus station, perfect if you need a late check in or early check out. noise from bus station ends around 10pm. The staff was not very friendly.

Terrible service and facilites. There is no reception. No hot water. Cafe not open. Smoke smell. ”
There were 4 ladies who were just lazing around and not interested in helping to check on my reservation. Thereafter, after showing them confirmation email did they reluctantly agree to the price. They tried to sell me 300k kip per night even though on agoda it was 266k. Even upon check out she kept insisting as 270k. And entirely don’t understand English at all, had to get a young Laotian girl to type into Google translate on my phone to communicate. The toilet shower head did not work. There was no hot water and the bed was so hard it felt like it was just a very thin foam mattress. The room smelled like cigarettes and when I told the lady, she just turned on the AC and act blur. There was supposed to be a cafe downstairs and I saw the ladies cooking but they weren’t open for business. They were just laying on the sofa and cuddled up in a blanket, eating snacks, chatting and watching videos on their phones the whole time as if this was not their job and didn’t care at all. Terrible.

Room hadn't been cleaned. Sheets had not been changed. Ashes on the floor, chewing gum and hair on the floor of the bathroom. Hôtel nice and modern but room very dirty.
