Annoyed and Disappointed”
Our first visit to Vietnam and upon our arrival at this Saigon hotel after 19 hours of flying from Canada we are told that our rooms have been re-sold to other customers. They had been previously paid in full to Agoda and we had the booking confirmation in our hands. Four adults and two young teenagers left sitting on our suitcases in the lobby. Only one of the hotel staff, a young lady named Ruby, seemed to care enough to find us another hotel; a rent-by-the-hour establishment (?) located on an adjacent street. Exhausted from our long trip, we endured this for one night. The next morning, having been told we would have our rooms available for the second of our two booked nights, we were again turned away as the staff (who seemed non-existent!) needed more time to "clean". This "please come back in 4 hours?" went on all the next day; a complete fiasco! We never did get our rooms and I am still out over $155; a terrible start to a much-anticipated holiday in Vietnam!

If you are on the 6th floor need to walk going from 5th floor. Breakfast room very dangers if you are tall. Ceiling is very low. Room smaller than 35 square meters they advertise. Many reviewers claimed breakfast was DELICIOUS. (It's this a joke?) 2 fried eggs a piece a bread, coffee and tea. I stayed 2 days and they did not clean my room, neither I have fresh towel. So I left hotel without taking a shower. I Had another reservation from January 1 to January 9. I canceled right away the reservation. Even with a good rate. You have a nice refrigerator, microwave and stove to cook. But no dishes, pots, forks, spoons, etc. etc. Room is nice and large, same the bathroom. Anyway if you don't mind the false advertise, price is good so the hotel.

Terrible Hotel in Convenient Area”
As an American living in Vietnam for years, I usually don't have the highest expectations of hotels here. However, even my low expectations weren't met this time. First of all, the hotel didn't have the room type we requested (two beds). However, they gave a second room for free, which was very nice. Second, both rooms had bathrooms leaking water from the light fixtures in the ceiling. When you sit on the toilet, you will get soaked with brown water from above. The front desk said it was a problem throughout the hotel, and there were no rooms available which didn't have water leaks. Thirdly, when we went downstairs for the "free breakfast" (as was advertised on the site), the cook was out of town. They begrudgingly gave us a piece of bread and a fried egg when I said that the reservation included breakfast. Next, the front desk workers were rarely working. You must leave the key at the front desk when you go out, and then pick it up when you return. But be prepared to wait for the key.

Het onbijt was heel pover en minimaal. Normaal was er voorzien 2 flesjes drinkwater/dag,kluis,gratis koffie(was echter niet aanwezig en voor het water moesten we bijbetalen) Dagelijkse schoonmaak kamer(gebeurde maar om de 2 dagen) Dit hotel NOOIT meer,ook al mag ik er gratis logeren.
