It's located at a good location, easy to travel around by walk or motorbike service. Breakfast is not bad, but please go for it early. They did not refill it. when you go late, you have less chance to choose or have. That's not good for customers.! Recommended, excluded breakfast when you reserve room, so.

The staff were so helpful - showing me places in the map, setting up google so I could follow directions easily. I loved how central it was to things and I could Pip in and out if the hotel throughout the day with ease.

Location and service for front desk staff”
The location of this hotel is excellent. Food is not a problem at all! The popular 4ps pizza, Ben Thanh market is only 3mins walk straight road from the hotel. Violet spa and massage is conveniently located right at the basement and level 4 of the hotel. Was there on biz trip and holiday with my friend and we would like to specifically mentioned that Ms. Hana/front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. We asked for the way to the famous Banh Mi Hoi An but as it was too early and the nearest one only opens at 3pm, she offered to order for us and have it delivered to hotel via shopee food the next morning so that we can have it for breakfast! It was really nice of her to do that for us. She was always ready to help whenever we had questions.

Stay at A&Em”
Room was exceptionally good - huge space, comfortable bed, in clean condition, bath tub with jacuzzi. Very worth the money. Location is also a plus as walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast spread is not comparable to other hotels at the same price point however, and gym is extremely limited (though they have a power rack / bench - which makes up for the lack of equipment to me). Room can get pretty noisy, but that is no fault of the hotel (mainly noise from hawkers outside). Staff was excellent, however it seemed understaffed. Ngan (the day receptionist) has to handle check-in / out, telephone calls from outside, telephone calls from inside and other administrative matters all by herself, but was always positive, polite, and friendly. Please add more reception staff - seeing Ngan have to work herself to the bare bones every minute was really stressful for me and I have all the utmost respect and praise for her. Overall I would recommend and definitely return to the hotel if your priority is a nice room - the extra price for add-ons are not worth it in my opinion.

it is a beautiful hotel but signs of aging is present with lack of maintenance from the pool algae water. The shower head holder is also broken due to poor design. but really a wonderful location if you are new to HCMC.

Affordable hotel with great location”
This hotel was very affordable and situation right in the middle of District 1. Its a short walk to all sorts of tourist destinations and great to explore the area by foot. The bar at Level 1 also has a great sound system which plays great music.

Best Location, Just steps away from Ben Thanh Market, and Ben Thanh street food market. on Ly Tu Trong street there's Sushi Tei and Murukama Udon, Thanh Binh Restaurant is around the corner. Also, my inexpensive tailor is steps away on Ly Tu Trong near Truong Dinh. Walking distance Saigon Center and Nguyen Hue. Clean Room, The room smelled like new. and I did not even see one insect. Helpful Staff, Hang at the front desk was very helpful and booked a Grab ride to the airport for only 110,000 VND, Tuyen the maid for the 8th floor kept my room perfectly new. Tan, Hai, & Tam the bell boys were very helpful. Excellent Breakfast Buffet I've stayed at many hotels and the buffet has a wide variety of food. The Beef Pho is the best in Saigon
