First of all the 2 young Men as staff were very accommodating always being helpful and working very hard. The food was Great and the room we had was excellent. Definitely want to stay again!

A place to definitely stay”
This place offered us a very humble 2 room accommodation. I booked the place for 6pax of people including a child and we got 2 rooms which was so convenient since I was expecting to be given a room that will fit us all. The rooms were so clean and tidy and the ambiance of the whole place was cool and relaxing. We also arrived very late in the evening yet we were accommodated by the staff. The only con is that the foam in the room where we stayed was a bit thin that I could feel the bamboo bed. Nevertheless, our general stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Our family had a great experienced here. Staffs are friendly and accommodating . Has clean and large rooms and with cold aircon. The only thing that I was disappointed is they charge my 3yo daughter as an additional person.

Nice staff & room, good value for the money”
We stayed for 2 nights and were happy. Room spacious enough for 2 persons, fridge, water cooker, couch, table, Wifi available. AC a bit noisy but ok to deal with. Nice and maintained garden. Eating options available for a fair price. A bit far from the city center, but therefore not too far from the port where the tours are starting. Tricycle price from/to both harbor and city ca. 50 pesos. We would come again. :)

I was excited because I felt like it was a good deal. I got the place for a discount. I checked the reviews and they were encouraging. The website also showed pictures of a beach, and it mentioned about a pool, coffee/tea. I had high hopes for the place. However, when we got there, it was just a gated house in a neighborhood. No nearby beaxh nor pool. There was dog poop on the ground and staff were not as welcoming. I still tried to be pleasant, trying to encourage my family. And then to find out that instead of 5 rooms, we were only given 4rooms. Staff said the other room was already reserved. But in our entire stay there, we never saw anybody use that room. We had to pay for breakfast. Coffee and tea was also for sale. The only drinks they were serving were alcohol. We asked for extra linen and towels because the ones that were put out for us were not enough for our number and some towels were torn, and we still had to pay for those. Even though the website said kitchen, we also had to pay for its use. And then there's this curfew. We cannot be loud after 9:45pm. I still wanted for us to have a good vacation so I tried not to complain as much. I know we got a discount in the price, but I did not realize that this meant also a discount in their service. The website is somewhat deceitful. In the end, we still thanked the crew and I gave them a tip. I did not want to punish the crew if this was purely the owner's fault.

I booked this accommodation as I've read good reviews. Well your not getting that from me. I booked it for 11 people for 3 nights, and you reserved me a private villa. I notified you that we will be checking in late, travelled 6hrs and you put us in someone else's house, that have holes in the ceiling and mouldy floor, which the rain came through, staff and management did not handle this situation. Telling my son he couldn't speak english that well. I think you, couldn't understand him. Then you tell us that you will move us to somewhere else but check in won't happen until 2pm. You wasted my day for that. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Agoda you should remove this accommodation from your list. I will surely not be coming back.

The worst trasient inn”
I've been into different countries & stay in different hotels, resort & inn but respect to such customers from the management & staff were there. The management & the staffs were all cruel & rude. We've been into a tour at 100 hundrend islands & upon arriving at the gate, the staff told us that our things were brought outside as the check-out time was 12 noon. Actually the word brought was not the precise word, because it was like our things were thrown outside the room without contacting/informing us. Where is the word human, privacy, rights, justice & above all the respect for the guests? As a guests, we should be treated in respect. Who on earh would still smile & still be pleasant to staff when our things were thrown out from the room because it's already 1pm? In the 1st place, we filled-up the guest form with mobile number. Why the management & staff didn't contact us? And they told us why we didn't informed them if we will be late in checking-out. Money is not an issue here if we will extend because we can afford to do so. What we want as a guests is a respect from them. Advise to all: DON'T BOOK THIS TRANSIENT INN. Expensive, not worth to stay, no heater, their floor when there's rain- it's so slippery, aircon not working well, staff were rude & unfriendly, bed are pull-out with a nouse when you toss & turn into the bed. The price is not really worth & no breakfast included. If you book into this inn, expect when you come back after 12 noon & you just book for 1 night stay, your things will be thrown out from the room. The feelings is just like you rent a house then you delay in your payment & the owner of the house throw your things outside the house, this kind of feelings were the one we felt.

-Booked apt with 3 rooms for 7 adults plus a baby. But we were escorted to an apt w/ 1 room (5 beds). Confused, but i let it pass as it was already night time and my family wants to rest. -Sala has busted lights. I asked them to change the bulb but they told me they cannot as it needs prof. repair. They offered a dim lamp that didnt arrive until the next day. -asked for an extra bed for our driver. The next day, they changed the thick matress to a very thin mat without asking us. Maybe they gave it to their new guests, i dont know. -They asked me if we are going to do island hopping & i said yes. They promised me they will get me a boat the next day. The next day, they told us there is a gale warning and that we cant go. They gave me a contact to a beach resort and told me we can just swim by the beach or ask the resort owner to book as a boat once the coast is clear. Turned out no gale warning and they just do not have enough boats to send their guests beach hopping. BAD SERVICE!!

Stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed so much! Complete amenities, clean rooms, spacious parking area. Plus points that their kitchen is free of charge! Clean, big room, big comfortable bed, a/c, fridge, wifi I travelled for 10 night's on a motorcycle staying in a different place every night and this place was probably the best. Great value for money. It's a gated entry with a large courtyard. Breakfast dinner bar in the courtyard and other tables and chairs around the courtyard. It just had a great feel about it. I stayed 2 nights. The staff organized my boat trip around the islands. They had my breakfast prepared at 6am and then took me to the port for the boat tour.
