Strictly NO visitors allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the building premises. - Is Pool/Gym open? Yes, all amenities are available as we are still following social distancing you need to get a schedule for the pool. OPERATIONS: - Our Support hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM. Best efforts for after hours support - Please report any issues and we will send someone to check - Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM - Check In After 3 PM - Check out Before 11 AM - Free Housekeeping is offered once a week for stays 10 days or longer AMENITIES: - Pool, Gym and Garden Area are available from 6 AM to 10 PM on the 4th Floor. But need to get a schedule - Amenities are included in the room charge so no additional fees good for 2 persons only. - Trash Disposal is on B1 close to the Exit - Unfortunately we do not have a place to hold baggage RULES: - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or building - Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them - Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property Operate cooking appliances, heaters, or items in the unit at your own risk - Treat the property with care and consideration - Avoid flush paper products or other things down the toilet - Food Orders Must be Picked up from the Lobby FEES: - Hourly Room Extension Fee of P 300 - Requesting Housekeeping during the stay is P 500 - Smoking in the unit will incur a P 5,000 penalty - Units left extremely dirty will be charge a P 1,000 Deep cleaning fee - Lost key is a P 1,000 Fee - Unlock door is a P 500 Fee
