        This is the place to stay in Flagler Beach if you want exceptional value in a great location.”

        The location was great! Short walk to the pier and a number of restaurants. The covered patio would be perfect in sunny weather, but we preferred to enjoy the sun on the beach right across the road. Viktoria was very friendly on the phone and gave clear text messages with all necessary details for check-in. The room was very clean and had everything we needed including a coffee maker that we didn’t expect based on some other reviews. We’ll certainly recommend this place to any friends planning to visit Flagler Beach.
        There was a bit more traffic than anticipated on the road in front, but several locals said it was a fairly busy time to visit (early March). It didn’t affect our stay, but something to be aware of if you’re expecting a very quiet patio during the day. My wife found the mattress too firm, but I prefer a firm mattress so we were split in that regard.

        Absolutely wonderful location and the room was gorgeous and sparkling clean! Shontay made sure I was well taken care of during my stay, and it was a delight to meet her. I will definitely be back!
        Wifi was spotty and there were 2 connections with the same name which seemed a little dodgy...

        The A1A motel is in the best location on Flagler Beach, it is great just to be able to walk across the street to the beach, the center and pier is in very close walking distance to restaurants and outside dinning. Our favorite restaurant is right next door! The owner Viktoria is always extremely nice and ready to accommodate!!
        I honestly can say there was not anything that was not to our liking.

        Location is great--right on the beachfront. Very close to restaurants and shops. Rooms are very clean. Appears to be recently renovated. Check in is hassle-free. Highly recommended!
        Parking is limited, but that is expected due to the location. A very pleasant experience.

        I loved it!”

        I could see the sunrise from the covered area shown in on-line brochures. Restaurant was next door. Room was comfortable and very clean.
        The lookout platform over the beach was not available. The stairs were broken. I really wanted to sit and drink my coffee while watching the sunrise.

        nice old style Florida vibe with updated rooms. Friendly staff with owner on site. Great comfortable covered outdoor seating with a view of the ocean which is across the road. Private 4 seat overlook across the road above the ocean.
