Very welcoming”

Walked in and the whole apartment was spotless and so well appointed. We were very happy with the whole experience from how clean it was to the comfort of the bed. The only thing (little) was the choice of teas, there were only 2 English Breakfast and other fancy teas, so as I don't drink the other flavours. As I said, not a Biggy but affected me.

Remember to lock your door I was coming out of the shower just as room service was coming in. Very good”

Very nice spacious two bedder apartment. Nice clean bedsheets and towels. The room is quiet and very good for kids. The only problem is short of hot water in our second night in the midday of a shower at 6pm. The staff was soooo nice and helpful that she immediately provided us another bathroom so we can continue to have hot shower. The location of the service apartment is so convenient, big supermarkets and eateries within walkable distance. Very affordable price.

Very good”

3 night stay (mid July) with two young kids. Not much to fault except maybe thicker doonas or quilts, We did use the blankets provided but the bed cover still felt a little on the cooler side - no snuggle factor! Only other thing was crockery. With kids we tend to bring cereal and make toast and eggs for breakfast - however not enough bowls and certainly not the right size - they were ginormous! Location was perfect. Building nice and quiet. Chromecast was a great plus. and plenty of room for families. Would go back.

Great family apartment ”

Brilliant spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms plus kitchen and living area . Nearby to great cafes , restaurants and the lake and a skate park. Movies and shops across the road . An excellent base for our Canberra weekend - usually I stay in CBD but having more room with our teenagers is worth the short drive to Tuggeranong

Quiet Location outside the city”

We stayed in a junior apartment and it had just about everything we needed. Our only issues were that: we could not take a shower longer than 5 minutes before the water ran cold and the reverse cycle air conditioning did not heat the room well enough to combat the cold. However, the comfortable bed was in a seperate room where there were no issues with the cold.
