very nice apartment, very close to where we were visiting.
having to take two taxis to collect the keys from a cost cutter a 15 minute walk away, this wasn’t mentioned when booking? not ideal when your carrying baggage etc .

Very warm, booked for Dec, everything you need is provided. Very good distance to the Utilita arena. Power shower and lovely and hot. Easy to locate and entry no issue with key fob. Gentleman at collection point for keys Very friendly and helpful. Definitely will book again for further events at the arena. Host very friendly and helpful, responds very quickly to messages.
The only point to raise is that the bed is hard, but for my own preference, I like them softer.

Property is in need of upgrade. More attention required to the cleaning, upkeep and replenishing missing items.”

Apartment has a modern feel. Balcony is a welcome feature.
Smelt of cigarette smoke. Mould in the bathroom. Hairs on the bottom sheet on the bed. Light bulbs out in the kitchen. Not enough cutlery. Water scolding hot which was dangerous for our children. Towels were damp. Check-in was delayed.

The apartment was pleasant and quiet, larger than expected and very clean, the decor was nice and the communication was excellent.
We were unable to find bedding for the sofa bed - by the time we needed it it was very late at night to ask, but we did look everywhere...if it isn't included that is a bit unfortunate. The room was warm enough to sleep without, and my friend used a sofa blanket. The sofa was not very comfortable either. If one of us didn't need to sleep on the sofa bed it would have been an ideal stay.

Location, location, location! So central and close to everywhere. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Arena Birmingham is at the end of our road. Victoria Square and Centenary Square are about 8 minutes away or even closer. Communication was very good. Have received a prompt reply whenever I sent a WhatsApp message.
Bed sheets did not fit on a bed. Also, the one provided for a sofa bed is way too small. Only one loo roll provided for 4 of us for 2 nights stay. Like other people said, the bathroom could be refurbished. Bit outdated compared to the rest of the flat. Very muggy even though we kept the windows open. Must be impossible to stay on really hot days.

Very clean ,modern center apartment, I had a problem with the key fob (just me being dippy!) It was great to have instant help via WhatsApp, even though it was out of hours, and all concise video/ photo instruction of how to retrieve the key. Highly recommend.

The host was very efficiant and helpful, she was very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was clean and tidy.
The bathroom is slightly out dated amd maybe could do with a refurb but it was clean and thats the main thing.
