Value for money. Everything was well worth it. From the rooms to the service. Extended our stay for a week. The morning manager at the front desk was very helpful. The housekeeping in charge of our room did a splendid job throughout our stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was just right, it was actually good for its price. I only paid 160 extra for two so do the math, that's way too cheap for a buffet. By the way, when I say value for money, I based it from the booking rates I got. It's almost 50% less then the published rates.

Hospitality as its finest. I like how the hotel staff enthusiastically greets us with smiles in their faces even with their facemasks on. The location of the hotel is located near BREDCO which is very convenient for us. The hotel facilities were great. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and had our breakfast in their cabanas. Also, the room is spacious and clean with comfortable mattresses. We indeed had a fun and relaxing stay at the hotel. I'll definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Hotel is clean, no moldy smell, very strong water supply, large room, good food… i was expecting buffet breakfast but i still enjoyed the food. I do hope they would put a hair dryer in the bathroom..

Superb accommodation! Room is spacious & clean. Water heater is available for an early morning coffee. Parking space is wide. And the swimming pool is excellent! :)

Although i did not use it, looked great. Many locals come to use the pool, on site next to the hotel but seperate from the hotel. It is a wave pool although they only turn on waves if 20 ormorswimmers present so no waves most the time. Breakfast was just ok, would have been nice to have the option of western breakfast rather then the buffet. The brewed coffee was great.

This hotel is very nice and right next to the ferry port in Bacolod. Facilities are good. Did not book with the breakfast, but the lobby restaurant had good food. It is a bit of a walk to the main road, only a few blocked.. and within a couple of blocks of an SM mall for anything you might need.

Best hotel cuisine in bacolod! The young chef is awesome. I had such spaghetti 3 years ago in an Italian restaurant in Italy! Cook with love. Keep it up! Despite covit and no guests, everything was excellent, really great and will come out of the crisis as a winner. Wonderful facility, pure relaxation. Very good beds wonderful shower with constant warm water. We would love to come back and thank you very much for your efforts with my rebooking. Since the top!

Special thanks to front desk officer Jamaica Velasco for allowing us early check in and latr check out. She even helped us secure oceanjet tickets going to Iloilo. She made our trip specially comfortable and stress free. Her colleages Jasper, Van, Dana, Enzo were very attentive and cheerful as well. Restaurant waiter Kerby offered excellent service as well. This hotel may not be 5 star nor modern facilities, but it possesses such great and invaluable staff that makes it all worthwhile.
