Exceeded my expectations!”
Because Acacia Hotel Manila isn't super expensive, I didn't expect much. But as we got there, I was blown away by the location and it's amenities. The room was so spacious -- we can literally add another bed there. The breakfast buffet is great as well. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days and everyday, we are looking forward to our breakfast. It was a mix of continental and oriental food, and the bread are divine as well. They don't look much but they absolutely taste wonderful. The pool isn't that big, but since we stayed their during weekdays, there isn't much people hogging the pool. The staffs are friendly too! They even left a couple of balloons and 2 slices of cake because they know that we were there to celebration my son's birthday and my husband and I's wedding anniversary as well. It was quite a surprise to use as well when we found out that Acacia Hotel is in between Festival mall and ATC, which are both just a 5-10 minutes walking distance. It's also right across Jollibee and Mcdo, and on the right side, there's an Army Navy, and YellowCab, and then at the back, there's a Starbucks. Overall, our stay in Acacia has been so wonderful, we are planning on our next staycation there.

Nice Hotel at South of manila”
The place is clean and nice, beds are comfy, shower pressure is excellent, breakfast has a lot of choices, it is near restaurants and commercial establishments like South Supermarket, located near ATM machines, but the most interesting is that it is the best hotel I have been in South of Manila. Staff are courteous. Sure to be back there soon.

Mini RELAX staycation”
I liked the service. The in-house reservation consultant was so helpful even though I booked through this site. She was able to help me with some of my requests like a room near the elevator, beautiful city scape view, etc. The elevator is secure so that you can't go to just any floor without a keycard. The room was well laid out & very comfortable. The bed!!! I got a deluxe room w/ a king sized bed. I now know what sleeping on clouds would feel like because of the bed in my room! It was soft but not too soft. It was just the right amount of soft! And had I had a lot of time to spend in the room, I would have been so comfortable reading or watching tv using the lounge chair w/ ottoman. Will surely try it next time! The rain shower was perfect! Great hot water control (not too difficult to set to the right warmth). Water pressure was so good! But I would have also liked to have had a chance to use the bathtub for a nice long bubble bath. The breakfast buffet that came with the room had really good choices and well worth every peso! Their "lugaw" or Filipino congee was delicious. My one negative comment with regards to the breakfast choices? The bacon. Bacon in most buffets are not crispy enough and often comes out a little tough to chew. Good flavor but slightly chewy. :-(

Generous, No frills”
We checked in already paid thru Agoda App it didn’t take us 10 mins to do all those. We had no idea how the rooms are different but we were upgraded from a deluxe suite to a junior suite which was really spacious. We asked for water a couple times and they were generous enough to provide us with no questions unlike other hotels. The hotel is not new, but kudos to housekeepers and maintenance they were able to keep the cleanliness of the rooms, as in spotless. Check out didn’t last for 5 mins. Downside is the breakfast during peak morning we chose the table on the lower floor which wasn’t full the thing is the way the food was kept hot there wasn’t good, the bacon will not be crispy anymore. The pool is small but has a nice view. Sleep quality is superb. Definitely one of the choices if we opt to stay in that area again.

Lucked Out”
Whenever I needed a hotel accommodation in the Alabang area, Acacia is almost always sold out or more expensive than the nearby hotels. This time around I lucked out so I booked a night! Roomy, classy, clean, courteous staff and has one of the best bathrooms I’ve seen. The excellent breakfast buffet that came with the room price is just icing in the cake! Highly recommended!

Perfect when attending a concert at the Filinvest tent!”
Booked this because I attended the concert at the Filinvest tent and I really love how the venue is just in front of the hotel. There’s also a Mcdo and Jollibee right in front as well as the Commerce Center beside with lots of food options. The room is really big and clean and all of the staff are really nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Best 5-star hotel in Alabang”
The hotel is ideally located in the bustling Alabang city center, close to Festival Mall and a number of nearby fast food restaurants. The room was ideal for my family, having everything we needed in one space, very comfy bed and nice bath tub. On the day we checked in, my son's birthday, they even prepared a special greeting and balloons for him. That is something we greatly appreciated. With free parking and access to all of their amenities, including their swimming pool, it was very easy to check in and out. The hearty breakfast deserves praise, and the selection is fantastic. Overall, I would definitely suggest this hotel to any visitors coz it's really perfect for me. We'll definitely return here.

Weekend treat”
I would like to commend the Staff. They were very corteous and very accommodating. I booked a Deluxe room for 1night and requested for late check-in and a large bed. The Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a Deluxe King room when I asked if it's possible since we were given twin beds initially.They were also kind enough to get us another keycard when we left both keycards inside our room.The hotel is clean,staff do follow proper health protocols and well-secured. Location-walking distance to Festival mall, Decathlon, Supermarket and parks. Alabang Town Center is just a few minutes away as well (by car is less than 15mins). Carpark -it is absolutely free. B1 got a pugent smell though (that's the only negative though). Overall, it's one of the hotel's that I like so far which made us extend for 1 more day. I will defo have Acacia Hotel Manila in mind the next time I plan to stay in Alabang.

Bridal Shower”
Booked an overnight stay for 3. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. Planned a surprise and all went smoothly. What we didn't like is that there were no bellboy or people who could help us with our heavy luggage. The B3 parking also smelled bad. Not sure of it was trash or poo. Otherwise, it was a great comfortable stay. Great location as Westgate is just at the back.

Ideal staycation for the family”
We enjoyed staying here with my family. The room was clean and my two kids enjoyed the bathtub. Food was great. Receptionist and staff were all very friendly and courteous. Location is very accessible to all. No hassle to park our vehicle as the hotel provides a complimentary parking, although service elevator from the basement parking going to the lobby was so small to accommodate more people. But all in all, we had a great stay. Thumbs up for this hotel!

My family loves to go pn staycation especially during special occasions. First time in Acacia and completely smooth transaction from check-in to our room. And we've through alot of hotels so far Acacia was the only hotel that provide my request to surprise my son with ballon setup and greetings and cake since it's his bday. Free Room Upgrade! ❤️”
We chose Acacia because we needed a pretty decent place in the South for our wedding prep and honeymoon. We didn't get a suite because we were on a budget, but Acacia upgraded us for free ☺️🥰 Customer service is excellent too. My 2 aunts went out late in the night to buy something at 7Eleven, but when one of the staff thought they were taking too long, he went to check and accompany them back.

We were one of those affected by the disrupted flights during the New Year. Pur family enjoyed our stay. The manager was very hands on and addresses concerns right away. The food was great, the free shuttle a plus, and we were allowed to have late check out for both 2 rooms for free. Will definitely stay again.

Superb! ”
Acacia hotel is our go to hotel whenever we feel like having a staycation. The staff were amazing. They always great you with a smile. The room was really nice and smells good. Also, their breakfast buffet was still amazing as usual. They serve varieties of dishes and different types of cuisines. I always enjoy my stay in Acacia. We will definitely be back!
