Tired hotel”
You cannot beat the location, but the property is old, tired, and in desperate need of a makeover. My bathroom had one working lightbulb. I notified the front desk but nobody followed through. Fan in bedroom did not work. Not the cleanest hotel.

The hotel location is perfect, but the hotel itself is a bit run down and rooms and furnishings are a bit old. The reception needs a bit of renovation and they ran out of towels for the beach for several days. The restaurant and bat staff are very nice.

Don’t go if you want a shower!!!”
There was no water: no showers for the 2 days we were there, limited toilet flushing, no water in the taps but for early morning and then only one tap.

Ok, the hotel is situated on a nice beach. BUT, for the price the rooms are pretty average and the staff we’re apathetic at best.

The pits of a hotel. Staff inefficient. Bare bones necessities--no hairdryer in room and even 3 calls to the front desk didn't produce one. No cab to the airport, even when requested the day before and called in by front desk. Food terrible. Rooms weren't ready to occupy, even by 5:00 PM.

This hotel is old and dated!!! Need to upgrade everything inside. And the service We experienced on arrival was not acceptable. Will not recommend anyone traveling to Barbados this hotel.

Overall nice hotel but beware of noisy rooms”
We was in room 202 which is very noisy due to the the loud noise coming from the kitchen ventillation system that could be heard in the room just too loud.

Accra Beach”
We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Unfortunately it has gone downhill a lot. There was only a thin sheet on the bed. We could not adjust the air conditioner as there was no remote. Had to ask for blankets three times before we got one. We were without power for a full day and part of another day. Each day we had to call for cleaning to come do our room. There was no hot water for showering Luke warm only. The cleaning staff just laughed at the fact there was no water. I’m Extremely disappointed with this hotel. It has gone downhill. The only good thing was the beach

Great value for money ”
Although a little dated and in need of a refurb this hotel is great value for money. I know Barbados well and in my opinion you won’t find a better location. Central to so much, everything you need on your doorstep. I had a pool view room which was just as good as sea view and highly recommended. It was off season so nice and quiet. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was 10/10 (order off the menu as the buffet didn’t look the best). This hotel has mixed reviews but I think that’s people who may be expecting something more modern…. But I thought it was perfect and would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!
