A few mins. walk from the beach..The washbasin's faucet is broken... No water heater.. Bring your own.. The only place for you to charge your devices is outside your room... I don't think you can plug your devices on the ceiling and inside the toilet. Bring an extension if you are willing to check in. For the free breakfast the management will be the one to decide what are they going to cook for you... You can wash your clothes since they have a washing machine... Too many "do's" and dont's".... They do give free toiletries such as soap, shampoo and toothpaste... They also provide clean towels...

The room's limited space was taken up by 1 queen and 1 single so that the passage for two people going in opposite direction from door to bath or vice versus simultaneously is impossible, one has yield the way to another. PHP2800 is a bit too pricey while the rest rooms were left vacant during our stay.

The Best Value for your Money”
We stayed for 2 nights and was booked into their Chris Angel room. The room was spacious enough for me, my husband, and my daughter. What surprised me the most was how clean their bathroom is, and also their water supply. Inside the room, the owners posted some valuable information relating to Ilocos Norte tours, the famous sites to visit, and standard fare rates. Rona, the caretaker of the resort, welcomed us and immediately asked if we already had lunch as we arrived at 2:30PM. We ordered only the half-sized portion but was surprised that the portion was huge! We had the leftover food reheated and it was served to us at inner time. The whole resort was clean and peaceful. It is not a beachfront resort but you will be able to get to the beach in less than a minute's walk. Hats off to the owners for knowing how to take care of their guests. I felt really valued as a customer. My husband enjoyed sharing stories with fellow guests, and with Rona. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are clean, the food is great and staff are responsive. The setbacks are (1) priced highly for the kind of room we booked; (2) We booked for 13 persons and we were given rooms for 10 persons; (3) We couldn't complain or our complaints were futile because the resort was fully booked; (4) our room didn't have hot shower but the owner boiled water for us to use. I suggest that the owner keep the grounds clean as items for laundry were exposed.

Owner & Staff are really accomodating”
Good, Staff & owner are very nice, warm and accomodating,however there's still a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately it was brownout when we check in so ironic knowing that the place is known for windmills. No hot water. Rooms does not come with extra outlet so make sure to bring your own extension to charge your cellphones
