Awesome pool but poor staff”
The location and pool is great. Parking have mostly shaded parts so it’s good on hot summer days. Lots of pool options. Rooms are modest. Overall the place is instagramable. The staff give different information or don’t disclose at all. Extra towels have a 100 charge which they don’t tell you until have to checkout and pay. They also told us we can get food delivered but when we brought in outside food they said it’s not allowed. They meant we can get food delivered from their restaurant. We were told we need to pay corkage, they can’t decide on the amount. Extra person is 300 per night. Initially they said it’s with bfast when we claimed it they said they didn’t say that. Also on the bill we were charged 1500 for that extra person instead of 600. They will also tell you they only accept cash. On some occasion you can pay cash and gcash. But you can also do bank transfer. Overall bad exp because of unclear policies and misinformation from staff

Room is big and affordable but needs improvement”
I like the room because it is big and cozy enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. But the bathroom needs improvement. The water is so slow. No hot and cold water in the shower. Broken faucets and the tiles are moldy and dusty. No electric kettle upon arrival you have to request for it but they do have complimentary water and coffee. Aircon in the 2nd floor is quite hot. It needs cleaning. Water in the pool is kinda itchy maybe they need to replace it instead of adding more chlorine. But i like the exclusivity of the place. Less crowded so more privacy for us. Food is ordinary. And lastly, they only give us 2 complimentary breakfast instead of 4, they said that agoda made a mistake by indicating free breakfast for 4 pax. Good thing we brought a lot of cup noodles. Because no store is available around the area. You have to go out all the way to the highway if you need somethig. (Hotel is located inside an subdivision) and their restaurant is hot. Air conditioning needs fixing.
