Wonderful hotel with onsen near Kirishima”
We had a wonderful stay here despite rainy weather. The room is large and spacious. The onsen is clean and relaxing. The staff were amazing!!! Out car battery died and the staff jumped our car. So incredibly kind!!! We would come back again for this wonderful care alone.

Dated but great value, world class view”
Sure, it’s designed in the 80’s style and is a little stale but for the price, the friendly staff, the large clean rooms, the hot spring baths, and most of all - the phenomenal view of Mt. Takachiho, this is one of my favorite stops in the region. Great for families. A car is necessary for access.

Good hotel in the heart of Kirishima”
It is not right at the busiest section of Kirishima and yet (by car in our case) it is only minutes away from all the main attractions. Being very quiet in the surrounding was what we enjoyed the most. The room was quite spacious and has a good view of the outside scenery. The in-house onsen is excellent.

Outstanding outdoor hot spring”
A nice resort hotel, plenty of free parking spaces, sizable lobby, the outdoor hot spring surrounded by trees, creates an intoxicating atmosphere. Room is clean and spacious, bath room is made of prefabricated components, relatively small comparing to the large room. Breakfast is outstanding, a plenteous choice of food.

A good relaxing place for group of friend”
The location is close to Kagoshima Airport, just around 30 minute traveling time. This hotel provide a good environment for relaxing with friends and family. The indoor and outdoor spring refreshes us. The food both dinner and breakfast taste good. A famous farm is so close that can get there on foot in 5 minute. The room is big enough for staying with 3 people and still have room for two sofa which provide an area for networking.

Nice hotspring and breakfast”
Hotel has definitely seen better days and could do with some renovation work. The room carpet looks stained but it is still comfortable nonetheless. The hotspring bath is the highlight of our stay, after a long drive there from Miyazaki. Nothing much to do around the hotel and we chose this hotel as we were on our way to Ibusuki. Wanted to play golf the next day but too bad it was raining. Parking is free. The Japanese style breakfast has a good spread.

The hotel is very recommendable. It is a litle remote hidedn in the mountains near a beautiful lake. But be aware, the distance to the airport is quite far. Therefore, it is not recommended if you have to go back and forth for business

Nice, tidy and big room for a group of friends to stay! Super friendly and helpful staffs. But the downside is the location is too remote and you can only get there by taxi. No shops or convenience stores nearby.

The hotel grounds were fantastic. huge and nice. onsen was also very good, though we had to pay a small tax on check out. rooms were spacious and nice but mattress was a little too soft.

bad location and Wifi”
Basically, if you don't drive yourself, probably you need to take a Taxi to the hotel. there is no public transportation around the hotel. There is Wi-Fi is not password protected. But it is fine if it can be used... I connect to the Wi-Fi for whole night, unfortunately, I can't connect to the internet through hotel Wi-Fi Dinner was only buffet, so don't expect it is a Japanese style meal The sound insulation of the room is not really good, I can sometime here the voices from outside and neighbours

Onsen is a bit small especially the outdoor one. Once again it is good if the hotel can have separate air conditioning control for individual needs.

No one can speak English and the service was horrible”
I would like to complain this stupid hotel. it is okay that nobody can speak English, but they dont even know how to handle the booking. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for 1 adult, 1 kid, the other room for 2 adults, 1 kid and both rooms ordered breakfast. But we found they do not count my kids when I arrive and they do not care even I shown them my booking details. it is okay that I pay for them breakfast first but they refuse to pass my complain letter to their manager. also they dont even prepare the shower suit for them and ask us to pay 350yen for each. The rooms are old and dirty, the toilet's design is horrible, There had no room between toilet and the wall , I'm only 178cm tall but there had no room for me to sit properly on the toilet. There had some stupid stange design that the room was full of artificial star and my sons got scared when we switch off the light. The breakfast is not good. The arrangement is bad. that's is really disappointed experience in this hotel.

When I ask about the transportation to airport, they don't even know how and don't have bus or JR timetable in hand. And told me their guests normal travelled by car. This is too ridiculous for an establishment which runs for so many years.
