If you plan to visit Mount Zao or Okama Crater, the hotel is at the beginning of the Zao Echo Line, which will lead you to the mountaintop. I booked a Japanese style room which was clean and spacious. However, I had to prepare a bed by myself.

Lots of facilties, Good for families with kids. A little old in decor but good value”
Went for skiing in the area with 2 families with young kids and was ideal We were looking for somewhere within easy driving distance of the ski resorts, snow monsters and fox village. Hotel had a great indoor and outdoor Onsen (hot spring), games room, table tennis, arcades, air hockey, various restaurants which were reasonably priced. Breakfast wasn't great but not much else in the area so I would recommend taking it. There is also a laundry room with a dryer for ski clothes and boots which came in handy. Recommend to go there by personal car there or you'll be stuck at the hotel most of the time.

Will never visit this facility”
I was there for my husband's business trip that required a very specific working schedule. We were not able to make it to the breakfast and they would call the room at 8:30am just to ask if we would come to the breakfast. Also, if you were to post "Do not disturb" sign for the cleaning, they would keep calling the room to setup a cleaning time so they can come into the room to clean which we did not asked for. Simply the staffs do not understand or do not respect our needs as clients and they keep pushing what they want. The facility itself is very old and everything including bed, bathroom, sofa, wallpaper needs an update. The building shakes on a windy day and we had a horrifying experience. There is nothing useful in the small store they had in the lobby. Instead, they should have a Japanese typical "convenient store" so we can buy snacks and drinks. The public hot spring bath is not special enough... nothing to be recommended.

Amazing value for money”
Location is far from Sendai station but easily accessible by bus directly to the front of the hotel. Indoor and outdoor baths are great. Room is a bit old but well maintained. Nothing to complain

A lot has changed since the last time we stayed here”
Considering this is the only moderately cheap hotel in the area to stay at, I would recommend it. I like staying in the Japanese Style Rooms but since the last time we stayed there, the policies for room cleaning have changed. They no longer provide room cleaning service. If you want them to clean you will need to pay $10 a day for them to do so. Instead, they will leave clean towels on your door everyday. Also we requested a non-smoking room, which was at one point a smoking room because you could still smell faint traces of smoke in the room and it was located on a floor that had smoking rooms. So as soon as you got out of the elevator in the evening, you could smell the cigarette smoke very pungently. But overall, it's a nice clean room.

遅くまで開いている浴場のおかげで、遅い帰着でもゆったりつかることができました。 温泉も内風呂も広くて温度も最高。 シャンプーが充実しているのも良かった。 馬油シャンプー良かったです。 クローズの時間帯にも関わらず風呂清掃のスタッフの方がとても親切にしてくださり、嬉しかった旅の思い出になりました。

部屋から眺める紅葉が美しかったです。部屋はリニューアル済みで清潔で広く快適でした。ベッドも寝心地よく。 夕食のコースは充実して美味しかったです！前菜からデザートまで季節が表現されていて、とてもこの値段で２食付きとは！満月見ながらの露天風呂も良かったです。満足でした。

頑張り続けて欲しいホテル”
今までも何度か宿泊したことがありますが、およそ2年ぶりの宿泊でした。設備に古さは確かに感じますがそれ以上にサービスの良いホテルです。前回よりも朝食の種類が増えて迷うくらいでした。ただ一つだけ残念だったのはフレンチトーストが中まで卵液が染みておらず、ラスクのような仕上がりだったことです。 ラフォーレが休止中の今、子連れで安心して泊まれる数少ないホテルです。頑張って遠刈田エリアを盛り上げていただきたいです。

温泉、景色、スタッフ最高”
お正月に宿泊したので、子供が楽しめる催し物が沢山ありました。スタッフの方も優しく、丁寧な接客でした。混んでいた時間の入浴でも、洗い場が20もあるので、待たずに洗えます。アメニティーも豊富で、ドライヤーも待たずに乾かせました。朝食バイキングもレベル高いです。部屋も広く、小学生2人にも別々のベッドが準備されていて、値段以上でした！エボシスキー場も10～15分で、2連チャンでスノボできました。
