The place is somewhat close to the city of Iloilo. It is just a ride away from the city. This place is a great way to relax and make your mind at peace from the busy street and noise of the city. The rooms are wide and it is good for families.

When we arrived, the first room we checked in was a bit disappointing as the a/c was not working properly, but the staffs were courteous and helpful enough to assist us to transfer to another room. The next room we got was okay but the tv is not working as well. We waited till 8pm for it to be fixed. But overall, I love the place as it is quiet and peaceful... a good place to relax and to rest. My kids enjoyed the pool and their food too! However, we were a bit disappointed because we thought we can also swim at the beach, but there's no access to it. Will definitely visit this place again!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Old, outdated, in disrepair - and no water in our room”
What a joke! I have stayed in many hotels in the Philippines and this is as bad as it gets. The biggest problem was that there was no water in the comfort room (to flush, to wash your hands or to shower). Before going to bed, took a shower, and after lathering up the shampoo in hair the water stopped. Fortunately there was a little in a bucket in the shower. The next morning, breakfast was to be ready by 7am. At 8am we were still waiting - and the last breakfast for our group arrived 5 miutes before we had to leave to go to the airport. The only positive was that the employees were nice and tried to fix things for us.

The place was good for family gatherings with a nice view of the sunset. however amenities wise, the aircon was not functioning properly, the pool was not well lighted at night, the towels looked to old, the hot shower did not function properly and the room needed further cleaning. the breakfast pancakes were too hard but the daing na bangus was good. The staff who took charge of our breakfast was not accomodating at all and seemed annoyed woth out orders since we were a group. considering the value of the room, it was not worth it and I dont see myself going back there again.

We got the suite, was suppose to have a telephone to call the front desk - there was no phone in the room, they had a cellphone number on the room key for us to call the front desk which is added expense to us. There was suppose to be a coffee/tea kettle in the room, there was none, I had to walk to the front desk to request for one. The bathroom had a funky smell. The swimming pool was not clean. The breakfast was so-so nothing to rave about but to pay extra P375 for the breakfast in excess of 2 persons was too much and we could not order a la carte as the resort was fully booked and everyone had to take the serviced buffet.

Place was dilapidated and very tired looking. Rooms were never cleaned and linen was only changed when asked too. Food menu was mostly not in stock. Pool was ok but tiles needed cleaning. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and I can say they need new management or they will not attract many international customers. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Could be such a beautiful place in the right hands. I could make that a gold mine.

The only good thing about this place is there friendly and helpful staff. But other than that it is not worth staying here. Their rates are similar to courtyard by mariott in iloilo city and they are definitely no where near mariott in terms of facilities.

Services and staff - it seems that they are still on "soft opening". They are even unsure and not convinced of the price billed by agoda for the booking we made. They are also understaffed. Room service is not available and they are biased in treating their guests. We arrived around 11am and we were told we cannot do early check in and we can follow up at 12pm instead. When we came back to the front office, the guests who just arrived have already a room while we are still waiting for ours to become available. Food - we ordered dinner around 5pm and they were able to serve around 6:30pm - for 2 dishes and all are grilled dishes. Plus, they do not have menu for group orders. Their menu are plated and is good for 1 person only. Its too expensive and not worth with what we paid for

Room cleanliness first day of arrival was atrocious. And not once was room cleaned or sheets and towels changed. Water was only put in room twice during whole stay. Swimming pool was cleaned of leaves daily but tiles where stained. The whole outside area was very below par in landscaping and poorly maintained. Serious attention needs to be given to this resort before I will ever come back again. Having spent some years in the hospitality industry if I owned this resort I would be ashamed.

The location was bit way far from the main city of iloilo. But there is a new road to pass "a shortcut - nearby to airport . 15 -20 mins drive. The resort has 24 hrs. Help desk" for assistance. Good view green trees ' coconut trees and beach. Big pool you can swim. But no diving . They have peacock bird . You may feed . One is on loose' just walking on the resort. You can ride a horse. "We were a bit disappointed with the service and there was a lot of misinformation about the free breakfast, the heater in the shower wasn't working, the water was dirty, and the food wasn't good and was served cold, the location was great but there's a lot of room for improvement"

this is the perfect example of a beautiful abandoned resort. the room is spacious, has comfortable beds but smells old, antique, dust and mold. i had to buy a spray. no water in the room no heater no phone no lights in the pool resort is not well lighted at night food is cold no wifi in rooms given the price?..it is not worth it..
