Good rooms in a good location”
I first stayed in this hotel 25 years ago and it has held up well. A well designed apartment and located a short walk from the city centre.

5 stars from me”
The hotel rooms were well kept and clean and the family room we rented was very spacious which is important when there are a few people staying. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room wasn't very clean but it was close to the city center.

Noisy”
Trying to sleep was a nightmare & I strongly suggest they invest in double glazing. Road & pedestrian noise into the wee hours of the morning made this a very uncomfortable night

Great central location. ”
We were happy with the location of the Canberra Adina hotel and the front desk staff were always helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the room was not quite as clean as we had experienced at the Norwest Adina. Obviously the Norwest is a newer facility however the daily service was far better at the Norwest. We found on arrival in Canberra Adina (Mon) a large toenail clipping under the coffee table and there it stayed till we checked out on (Fri) Also we thought the bathroom and laundry area floor needed a vac. sometime during our stay. The toilet had dirty splash marks on the wall near the toilet roll. We actually had to phone reception on the Thurs night to get more toilet paper as the spare had not been replaced. (Not sure if we were responsible for providing our own toilet paper) Clearly the Canberra Adina is an older facility with older appliances (e.g. washing machine and dryer blowing lint in the laundry)

Excellent location, good value for money & comfortable”
I had a week at James Court in a 1 bed apartment. The apartment was roomy, air con/heating worked well - the weather was freezing, kitchen is OK but not a lot of equipment is provided and v miss match, bathroom was roomy and included a washing machine ( no washing powder provided) & dryer but an airing rack is definitely needed. The bed was comfortable. Overall the apartment was quiet but at night got v cold unless you left the reverse cycle air con on which I hate doing. Also given I stayed 6 nights I felt charging parking at full rate of $15 p day was hefty and a discount should apply. There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets readonably close by. The housekeeping team were good and pleasant enough when you asked for something. The front of house team could be much more helpful, engaging and welcoming.

Good location with shopping and business around”
good. Canberra is the capital with most government offices. The apartments are located very near to the 'main' shopping area, the Canberra Centre with a lot of eateries around. Dun expect much life after 10pm but overall very pleasant stay and experience. Need to drive if the intent is to move around and see things.

Noisy but good location and price ”
Great location- walk to civic and Canberra centre and Canberra theatre. McDonald's Outside to tempt for breakfast. Good price especially when divide by four. We stayed on a Friday night- there was traffic and party noise outside till about 11pm. We were On the second floor. Would stay again due to location and price.

worth the price”
canberra in general is very expensive, therefore, to spend around AUD 150-200 for a two bedroom apt is considered very cheap. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in canberra s a big group, as there are not so many choices of hotel in canberra anyway. It is very centrally located and has a pleasant view. no free wifi.
