This place is a brand new apartment, not a hotel room. It has a nice layout. What the owners need is to upgrade their facilities to make it competitive. The place is quite far from the town proper unless you have your own vehicle. It is appropriate for a family but not recommended for a solo traveller who is not familiar with the public transportation here. Here is an essential list of what the owner needs to upgrade the place: 1) sofa or at least some comfortable chairs 2)water kettle (preferably electric) 3) deep cooking pot 4) refrigerator 5) TV that works and with channels I am submitting this view so that the owner will realise that this is a place where tourists will rest their weary body to have a nice place to rest after a long journey, not just a place to sleep. This place has the potential to be competitive regardless of its location. It just needs someone to manage it properly!
