The problem in that area is a parking space.. the small parking spaces occupied by the tricycle cab waiting their possible passengers. Hope to stay in your Advianne's Hotel again and again..

Main comment: I do not know if the fault lies with the hotel, Agoda or Google maps, but this hotel is not near to Subic Bay or the beach, so if your main priority is to be within 2 hours drive of Subic Bay or near the beach then this hotel is not for you. Having said that, it is a friendly and welcoming place and all the services are as advertised, so if you wish to stay specifically in Iba (for instance in connection with the nearby health centre) then it is good value for money

The airconditioner in the room given to us is not working well. The following day we have decided to leave it on so that when we arrive in the afternoon it will be colder. When we arrived later on, we found the aircon turned off. The front desk staff said they were the ones who turned it off since it is their hotel's policy. The issue is, they go inside your room without your permission and they will put a notice that they are not responsible for anything lost during your stay at the hotel. This is unprofessional. If I were you and you have plans of staying here, i'll bring my business somewhere else.

Virtually everything about this hotel is needing drastic updating and reviewing.The staff exhibit an arrogance that borders on rudeness, and an ignorance of what is expected by international travellers. No hot water, no top sheet and a baby cot sized blanket make for an uncomfortable stay. Calling the "food area" a restaurant is a joke; preparation, menu and cleanliness were not high on the agenda, if at all! Best advice l could offer....DON'T!

We were shocked to find out that the hotel was actually the third floor of a hospital. Upon check-in, we observed that the room was probably part of the hospital before. We even saw a cadaver being brought out of the room. We did not bother to stay overnight.

We booked ahead of time and they keep telling us that they are fully booked. Agoda and this hotel should communicate to avoid major inconvenience to customers like what we experienced!!! Definitely our 1st and last visit to this hotel!!!

the place is so creepy. its a hospital. you cant even eat inside the room smells like inside the hospital. no elevator. the ref is not working. no toothbrush or free soap available. the free breakfast is like hospital foodand no hot drinks included. i want my money back. false advertisement. the pics they have could have taken long time before. the gym is so dirty. i will not recommend. dont have secure parking.

They did not honor the confirmation you send they said they are fully booked next time please have an updated room availability with the hotel to avoid such hassle luckily a friend was also book there and agreed that we share a room.

I did not know it’s inside a hospital/clinic. What? Not well maintained. No basic necessities like towels!!!!!!! Not even soap or shampoo. It’s more of a motel or some motels even better!

マニラからほぼ150km北方のIbaのバス停近くのホテル。バス停に近いので便利と思い予約しました。街の中心部からはトライクで片道５分程度（１５ペソ）。海岸にも同程度かかるので、ちょっと中途半端な感じ。ホテル自体は３階のビルの３階にあり、２階が病院。１階がレストランと7-11コンビニです。部屋は値段相当で、安普請のベッドでマットが薄め。５日滞在しましたが、清掃とタオルは２日１回。トイレットぺーパーは初回のみで、あとは３０ペソで買えとのこと。シャワーは温水がたっぷり出ますが少し時間がかかるのが難点。毎日の朝食付きですが、最小レベル。自炊設備は無いのかと訪ねましたが、オススメレストランがあるとの答えで、スパゲティ１０種のメニュー表で注文すると、２種しか準備できないとのことで、味もとても不味いスパゲティでした。
