There are no surprises with this. You get a nice studio style condo in a respectable complex with typical condo facilities such as pool, gym, workout room, gated security and guards. The only drawback was the location; we encountered difficulties getting there from the terminal (it seems there is some restriction on where the tricycles are allowed to operate). I am sure if you spoke the language you would find it a lot easier. All in all, we thought it was great value for money and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Area outside is constantly flooded . The condo we stayed in was not condo in had leaking water tap , fridge was not working, no parking space and the while area was noisy . Will not recommend .for the price we paid Better stay in a proper hotel .

Hello, Ms. Evangeline. If we only knew you are an ungrateful guest, we shouldn’t have let you parked your car for free for 2 nights in a paid parking lot which we paid for you. In the first place, we already informed you that the condo has limited free parking areas. I even suggested that you can park in a free parking area but you chose the paid parking lot which in the end you refused to pay. I used my own money to pay for your parking lot so we won’t argue. Regarding the flooded area, it’s outside the condo and it’s just a small portion of area and you knew it was raining heavily for 2 consecutive days & a lot of areas in CDO were flooded as well. Anyway, the water will just subside after few hours. Regarding the sink that leaks a small drops of water, we offered several times to fix it but you do not want our staff to get inside your unit. So, how are we gonna fix it if you were not cooperating?
Very Modern Condo”
Really enjoyed my stay here. Debbie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Gave me info on a laundry service who would come pick up my laundry and bring it back when completed. The condo is very modern, clean, and has all the essentials needed. Super cold A.C., very nice TV with fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and nice view. I would highly recommend this place, and will be staying here again when in CDO. This location is close to the mall, and a nice Star Bucks within walking distance. Condo has a very nice pool and a gym as well.

It was a great deal but disappointing”
The room we booked was not the one provided to us during our stay due to some reason (the previous renter’s stuff was still there-which is not our fault, they made the room available for rent on this site). We paid the room in full and was expecting to get the room we booked not until the day of our booking, the owner texted us to be accommodated on a different room which has NO NETFLIX, no Microwave, totally different room setup (looks cheap than the ones we paid for). But the owner was responsive and the unit was clean. Love the balcony as it face the sun for sunrise viewing. Hope this doesn’t happen to future renters. The pool has a fee to pay per person.
