Quiet hours from 10 PM shall be observed.Swimming pool ;proper swimming attire is observed.Kindly turn off the lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Check electrical outlets/appliances; everything must be unplugged before leaving the property for safety. Lock the doors, windows and balcony when leaving the unit.Items in the unit such as bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, towels, rubber slippers, kitchen wares, and appliances are not for souvenir items. Any missing items shall be charged twice the price amount of such. Likewise, any damages or breakage to the appliances and furniture shall be charged accordingly. For guest with visitors, any non-registered individual will be allowed only from 0600H to 2100H. Visitors are not allowed to stay beyond the time frame given or else they will be charged Php 500 for overnight stay. The room is not allowed for smoking, designated place allowed for smoking is on the balcony. Any damage caused by water sprinkler for smoking violators will be charged accordingly. You are allowed to hang-dry your clothes strictly inside the bathrooms rails only. Hanging of clothes in the balcony is prohibited and shall be subject to fine..
