Large room, about a 15-minute walk from Odawara station. Shared bathroom & shower, mattresses were thin but you are given lots of lienen in the room so can compensate by placing an extra doona or two under you. walls are very thin can hear other guests very eaisly

Nice place in Hakone”
Spent only one night in Odawara here, the room was nice and clean with two big futon beds. The information given by the host was clear and concise. Loved the communal/living room area, would have been wonderful to hang out with fellow travellers' if we had stayed longer. Thank you!

Great guest house ever that we've lived in 2 nights”
There are many essential facilities and really helpful to stay for just a short of time. Also, every room are all clean too. We felt like living at home when we were there. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay when you travel to Hakone.

Unprofessional”
-Bad signage where this location exactly is, lost 15mins to find a small sign at a side gate... - Narrow and steep stairs to 3rd floor, quite dangerous if carrying heavy luggage. - No code provided for main door (Seriously?) - Had to call (roaming) to hear that my booking is not on their list (!) despite me having a booking confirmation and the booking number! So basically we were first told it was rented out to someone else. 30mins and 2 calls later we were able to enter the room finally. I was told it's Agoda's fault whatsoever. -the room was super small and basic, japanese style. -the family also staying there was playing music on a mobile speaker in the living room while cooking and washing dishes right next to our door. Sleeping at 10pm was not easy as the sound insulation of the room is bad, however we woke up at 5am so we might disturbed them as well... All in all felt unprofessional and the common areas always rely on the behaviour of other guests so you can be lucky or not. Also, 2/3 rooms were rented out (total 6 persons). I dont see how 8 persons at one point could enjoy their stay as I imagine it getting crowded.

Good location but basic room and bad check-in experience”
We arrived in the afternoon but had no clue how to get into the guesthouse. Have to call this number for half an hour to get the staff (which cost us money) to send the check-in guide to our email (which should be automatic after the booking is confirmed). They should have sent this to us earlier to avoid check-in issues. The room is basic with an unprepared bed (which you have to make the bed yourself) and towels (no small desk to put your other stuff). The living room and kitchen and bathroom are big and clean though, green tea and coffee provided.

Tsuu's place is really spacious and homely. It is definitely one of the best accommodations I've came across so far.

Le logement est loin de la gare mais est desservi par le bus. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir été averti avant qu'il était nécessaire d'avoir un code pour rentrer dans le logement. Nous avons dû demander de l'aide au restaurant voisin pour contacter l'hôte car nous n"avions ni téléphone ni internet.

運が悪いと…”
３人で寝られる部屋でクローゼットもあり、２人での利用だったのでスペースは余裕がありました。しかし、隣りの部屋とは壁が薄いのか、幼い子供の騒ぎや大人の会話が漏れ聞こえ、早く就寝したかった私は夜中１時近くまで眠れませんでした。

不错的民宿”
入住之前需要通过网站发邮件给房主，然后房主会发入住小贴士，否则无法顺利入住，因为房主好像不住在这屋子里。房间还算干净，箱子也摊得开，落地窗外可以凉衣服，浴室和厕所分开，床需要自己铺。一层楼有三个房间，也基本上都是背包客吧，这间屋子的性价比还是蛮高的，门口对面就有去小田原站的巴士，总体满意。

위치는 나쁘지 않은데... 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.”
오다와라 역에서 캐리어 끌고 슬슬 걸어가면 15분 정도 걸립니다. 우편물 간판에 AH 라고 쓰여져 있지 않고 TUSS 라고 씌여 있어서 잘 못 찾은줄 았습니다. 1 2층은 다른 용도로 쓰이는 것 같고 3층에 방이 5개 정도 보이고, 화장실1, 샤워실1, 주방, 거실 이렇게 있었습니다. 저희가 도착한 시각이 12시 쯤인데 직원은 없고 대문은 열려 있었습니다. 문제는 건물에 엘리베이터가 없고 옆에 철재 가파른 계단이 있어서 캐리어 들고 오르락 내리락 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 마침 알바 직원이 와서 캐리어 맡기고 하코넨 관광하고 8시쯤 돌아오니 룸은 청소되어 있고 잘 자고 나왔습니다. 알바 없이 투숙객끼리 자는 시스템같고 우리가 갔을땐 백인으로 보이는 4-5 명의 사람들이 거실에 모여있었습니다. 우리가 간날 비까지 와서 철재 계단 오르고 내리다 발 삐긋하면 죽겠구나 싶었습니다.

因为入住时间晚，酒店给我开门密码，找到自己的房间，钥匙在房门旁边，自己填写入住信息，共享厨房，在那里做了一顿晚饭，佐料准备齐全，一个卫生间一个淋浴室，有一点不够用，不过设备都很齐全，能看出房主的用心，就是外面的楼梯太陡了，我们带了两个28寸行李箱不太好上去

离小田园站大概15-20分钟左右的步行时间，不过门口就有巴士，可以坐巴士，不用步行。入住前房东会发详细的路线图和入住注意要点到邮箱。房间在两楼，大概有三间房间，一个卫生间，卫生间还算干净，房间不多，所以洗澡什么的没有排队。有厨房和客厅，房间有很大。

离小田原站很远，公交方便，房东之前没给我们说入门密码，我们提前到了，本想寄放下行李出去逛逛，敲门没人回应，就在楼下等了好几个小时，后来天黑了敲门有个同住的美女帮我们开门了，她也不清楚，我们也不知道住哪间，于是我下楼找附近的人帮我，打了一通电话都没结果，我英语不太好，最后还是同住的美女的老公帮我们和房东电话交流确认的，反正经过很久，感谢这些帮助我的人，我要努力学英语，也希望房东不要这么大意，在楼下等几个小时很难受。

這間唯一的小缺點就是容易找不到民宿的位置，如果從小田原車站前往的話，可以搭公車並在「幸町」站下車，民宿就在下車候前方，注意看地上繪有TSUU的牌子。 民宿房門透過門上有個電話可以播打給客服詢問房門密碼，注意！客服講英文！ 民宿內有客廳、有廚房(餐具、烤箱、微波爐、快煮壺、冰箱、瓦斯爐應有盡有)、廁所、浴室、洗衣機、洗衣粉等等，設備齊全，讓人覺得就像回到家一樣舒適便利！ 此外，最喜歡的地方在於交誼廳有世界地圖讓各地的旅人可以標示自己所來自的家鄉，也有留言板、留言本、吉他、沙發、吧檯，讓晚上可以在民宿內好好休息、分享與紀錄旅行！ 然後，民宿內只有三間房間，所以不用擔心房客太多的問題！ 真心推薦！已經來住第二次了呢！
