Can found variety of food at surrounding area. Happening here at nightlife but for young children is nothing special. Location is nice but to Ben Thanh night marke abit far but by walking distance take around 10 mins. Hotel floor not cleaning even though already informed but still same.Slipper size provided inside hotel is too small. Breakfast food almost same for everyday not much so special. Overall hotel is still consider good to stay in. Just beside old building is a bit old need to refunish the room especially air-conditioning and furniture need upgrade.

Although the hotel inside of the main road but for us this nice hotel stay.keep my passport safety for last day before flight off back. Room floor no mop at all cause dirty on our foot and small size slipper provided is not suitable for all.this point need to improve. Conclusion that overall is nice to stay in for us.

My initial room was below any standard I would accept. This is the first time in any of my travels that I have asked for my money back as the breakfast was not very good either. They "upgraded" my room to something acceptable and I am guessing this is how they operate. I ate most of my breakfast meals out as I did not care for it. I love the location, just disappointed in the overall experience. My next trip I chose another hotel.

Facilities are okay, and the breakfast is not bad. The place looks nice and feels clean. BUT the thing that gets to me is that the staff - particularly the cleaning staff - can be very judgmental and tend to talk about guests in a gossipy manner, many times right in front of you or while you're walking past, as they tend to assume that the guest cannot understand their local language. The wifi can be quite spotty for multiple times throughout the day, which to me is a huge letdown given the other aspects of the hotel are quite commendable.

1. when we arrived, there was no one in the lobby we had to contact then via whatsapp fortunately we purchased data otherwise we will wait for a long time there 2. room is a bit old unlike what is in the picture but the aircon is superb 3. location is great, near at almost everything 4. they did clean our room almost daily but i doubt they are changing the sheets for the entire week we stayed there 5. one of the rooms we rented, neighbors are a bit noisy, but my room was fine 6. there is an elevator which is a plus 7. wifi is fast i try to be honest in all of my reviews

Very hard to find hotel, located in small alley with no signage. Is quiet location though only 5min walk to main tourist area. Room OK with storage space & balcony (no chairs though) Bed & pillows comfy, fridge in room & black out curtains. WIFI good reception. Decent shower too. TV doesn't work, cleaner needs speaking too as black pubes & head hair all over bathroom. Also hallway outside stinks of mould. Also people entered our room and took unit off of balcony when we were out for the day without even asking. No reception staff seen in our 5day stay so no offer of clean towels or sheets during stay. Had to WhatsApp manager to make any contact. Not the greatest of stays by far but have had a lot worse!

Not as expected but fine for the budget”
The room was different from the one pictured, we paid for a larger room than what we were given. The balcony wasn't usable, there weren't tables or chairs or anything like what is shown in the listing. We stayed three nights and they didn't clean the room or provide new water. There was construction on the floor we were on the whole time we were there and we could not rest during the day. It didn't' feel like a hotel, but just a room someone was renting out while they are in process of making it a hotel. If you are looking for a very basic room in a great location, this will do the job, but I'm sure other properties in the area would be a better overall deal. Check in was easy and the staff was really responsive which was nice. We broke a lock on the door on accident and paid for its replacement, the manager was very understanding about it. I would look somewhere else next time though until they get this property more prepared, there is potential.
