I can't speak highly enough about the staff. I had mucked up my flight time and they were so helpful to get Agoda to contact me and organize a refund for 1 day at short notice. We has such a wonderful time and the location was excellent.

Staff are well communicate in English, room is clean. But the breakfast is just 1 peice of Croisant and 2 pieces of Bread with Hot coffee so i would recommend to by from nearby convenience store instead.

Great hotel for someone looking for a place to leave their stuff and lay their head”
The room is simple and has enough space to live out of your suitcase but not much more. There was space to hang clothes up with 3 or so hangers too. The single rooms were perfectly adequate as long as you dont want a large bath, also the shower is not made for tall people but is manageable. The location is good with a shop across the road for simple amenities and restaurants close by. There is a fire station on the opposite side and they put their sirens on at any hour. Overall it was a great hotel for the price we paid I'd stay there again.

tldr; Great place for solo traveler. Very close to Blue Line and many convenience stores around. It's a 10-min walk to almost everywhere, from taking trains (either JR or others) or major restaurant areas, so beware of that especially if staying in the summer because no air-conditioning during the walk. But the price really makes it unbeatable for solo travelers. Breakfast option is limited. So consider buying food from convenience stores instead (much better in terms of values and options).

Quiet neighbourhood with a nice park just in front. Room has cooker, kettle, and microwave. Enough space for couple like us.

Cheap and good access from subway station”
Good for using a subway and a bus to Yokohama and Minato-mirai area. Also accommodating fee was cheap and the room was clean. Maybe it possible little uncomfortable that the passage looked out on outside.

Check in Time is @ 3PM (1500) and check out time is 1000 - room is ok...toilet is very small but not expecting much from Hotel in Japan in the first place - very close to underground and walking distance to centre of town + not too far from a few good restaurant such as "Wakana" which is famous for Unagi (Grilled eels)
