"I was very disappointed with the entire experience at Pontins. I have made a complaint on their Twitter account and had no response. The room was dirty. The beds had no linen on them and there was no one to check me in or check me out of the hotel. I had to speak with the security guard at the gate, who gave me my key for the room. When I got to the room and noticed that the bed had no linen, I returned to the security guard and asked him to arrange for someone to make the beds. He then gave me linen and told me I had to make my own bed! It is an absolutely appalling hotel and I would never advice anyone to go there."
